What do you like best about the product?
The pricing, the text & transcription of voicemails as soon as I get a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection became a little staticky sometimes, I tried upgrading phones, still didin't fully solve the property. If your internet connection isn't the best, sometimes your phone service won't be the best is what I learned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low cost entry for a land line, don't need a receptionist with the call forwarding and message transcription sent to text and email.

What do you like best about the product?
What do I like the best??
It is really hard to just chose 1 thing I like as there is soooo many different options with Vonage it almost seems as it is an endless option bar lol.
What do you dislike about the product?
What Do I dislike??
Well nothing in particular. If I did have to chose one I would say it is the tech support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the cost everything is great service they provide Thank you Vonage!!!!

What do you like best about the product?
The cost is great compared to P.O.T.S. I've had zero issues with service quality of the voice calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it am extremely satisfied. The user portal isn't super-intuitive, but the support team is great to help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My T1 was costing in excess of $750 per month. Vonage is saving me a ton of money without any decrease in service level.

What do you like best about the product?
Technical phone support always on point. They are knowledgable, courteous and thorough. My expectations are always met. Time on hold is minimal, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say I dislike anything about Vonage. Ths is a challenge to answer with 40 characters!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of Vonage include being able to receive calls on my cell phone if I'm not at my computer. That's important to someone who works from home and needs to be accessable to clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! This company is 100% for customer suppoer/service.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reasonable cost for the services. There are 3 levels of use, based on the use of the employee. For example, those working at a desk have one price with fully integrated features. Employees on the road can use the app and have a virtual service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do get dropped calls from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage offers users the Vonage App, so the office phone is always with you. The Amazon Chime add is a real value. Now all employees have there own individual web sharing service and we no longer need to subscript to additional services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Vonage. The service and app integrates your phone, computer and calendar and an affordable price.

What do you like best about the product?
We can configure phones, add or change users at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is IP, we don't have all of the features like we did when we had an analog phone system. i.e. call pick up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminate analog phone system and the service contract that went along with it. Saved thousands $$.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a good internet connection.

Nothing. Everything about this product so far has been good.

Not being able to install a permanent phone systems. This has huge flexability

Wonderful service with great features for businesses

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone can use their cell phones to receive and make calls through the vonage app. Being able to use the Vonage app is the single best feature that Vonage has provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the connectivity issues we've had with phones, the polycom vvx 300 will start saying sip info error but vonage customer service has always been able to fix every problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to reduce our office cost by switching all offices over from telco to vonage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purchase the higher end model phones , i say this because we've had some problems with the lower end phones from polycom vvx300 but i've heard that their higher end color and touchscreen phones have been great.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly value that Vonage offers competitive as well as stable prices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvements I would make is with the e-fax. We currently do not have access to our fax system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hope to get access to our eFax portal. When I called, the representative told me that it is still work in progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The support staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and your call gets answered right away. I have not yet had to stay on hold for more than 30-second!
The software is very user friendly once you learn a few thing with the aid of their support staff
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have like a little more training for navigating the software prior to going live rather than calling the support a few times to get things squared away at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a couple of office and bunch of staff on the field, we needed a system with a lot of flexibility for routing calls, voicemail and they met them all of our needs.
