What do you like best about the product?
The ability to transfer calls between offsite locations
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there isnt anything that we have found to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past our phone system would not allow us to transfer calls between locations. Once a call was transferred out it ended at that location. Switching to Vonage greatly improved our communication within our company

What do you like best about the product?
Call quality and reliably, the app is also a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anytime I have to call in the people i talk to take way too long. Moved a phone port AMC wanted to pause or suspend service. Nope can't do that without waiting on hold for over 10 minutes. I don't have time for that wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VoIP is easy and the app allows me to never miss a call unless I want to.

This product is extremly easy to use and the staff was very helpful with the set up and any chages we wanted to make

Some parts of the computer app are difficult to naviagte

The amount of services you get standard with every extension is more than any other VoIP provider out there ..

Dislike the new online portal, The old one was more intuitive. The new portal they have options buried under topics that in my mind are not logical. The other it I dislike is the Recovery Fee it adds unnecessary charges to the bill and Vonage is the only VoIP company that charges one

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Vonage should do away with the recovery fee or make it a smaller amount
Vonage needs also to train its lower Tier Support to not follow script. if frustrating on a tech call to have the technician tell that a router maybe the issue when the service has been up and running for more than 1 year without any issues.

Vonage has been convenient and helpful for my business at this time while do not have phone service.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to be able to receive calls from my business phone on my cell phone and to also receive voicemails by email so that I do not miss any important calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything that I have not liked about Vonage so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My hotel is not yet open and we are able to conduct business with potential employees and vendors through Vonage.
Inexpensive Service and Easy to use!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is inexpensive and all online. So convenient and easy to use for any business. We have had the service for 3 years and have really enjoyed the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that if the internet goes down, I don't have the phone service. This can make things difficult for any business to run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We saved money from other phone services that we had. Makes things easy to not have to have a land line and to save money on the service too. To be able to have multiple lines helps too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that most people should look to use Vonage and that they can make their business lives so much easier.

The admin console and tech support. The ease of administration has been very valuable

It has been difficult to add or change hardware without technical support assistance

Lack of system features with current telephone provider

Excellent customer service every time you need it. Competitive rates and inclusive international calls.

Occasional interference/clarity on calls due to internet usage. Never sure if it is system or internet causing periodic difficulty

Very efficient voice mail management. Emails to mobile phone, voice transcriptions and notifications.
Use of mobile application allows calls to customers to come from business number and not the mobile number.
Desktop application is excellent enabling call records to be accessed easily.

Excellent customer service coupled with competitive rates, especially international. Like that the cost is al inclusive for my personal and company needs.

Customer Service & the eagerness of the associates to help and resolve the query is what I like the best.

I dislike the process when issue is escalated to the routing team and there is a delay in the response.
