What do you like best about the product?
Love the customer service experience. Always there when ever you need them.

Wish we could have more recording space for phone calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The Vonage business system is comprehensive and flexible without being overly complex and difficult to explain to new employees
What do you dislike about the product?
A little more control over the sequence between call following and voicemail would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in an out of the office a lot and Vonage makes that a non-issue for my clients. They can seamlessly contact me no matter my location

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up phones is a breeze. No need to learn any coding. Tech support is always there for me. They are always improving their software. Easy to buy phones from Amazon or any reliable vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPhone app doesn't allow you to transfer calls. Oh well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying flexible phone system is difficult if you have to depend on a vendor and wait for stuff to happen. Vonage makes everything super easy with your dashboard, setup screens, and great, patient, tech support. It's DIY in many ways -- yet powerful like a top professional phone system. Features galore. Seriously awesome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it. Nothing to lose if you're considering. You might get hooked.

What do you like best about the product?
Sound quality seems to be very good. Whenever I need to call customer service, the cs people tend to be very professional and friendly. I also like that it is pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish it played my hold music even when it is just connecting to an extension. Our old provider did that and most people really enjoyed the sond we play so they were happy and upbeat when the phone got answered. It also helped if the call didn't get picked up right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage makes it really easy to have customers and vendors get through to me easily. I have my extension just go directly to my cell phone so it is easy for people to reach me without the need for messages or having my cell phone number given out to everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
The calls always come in clearly. I am able to speak with clients on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not had the opportunity to dislike.any of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just being able to make and answer calls outside of the office has been great. Should there be an issuse the customer service has been great.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the voice quality the most . With a good internet connection it works absolutely brilliantly .

I also like the Vonage Android app- with this i can carry my office with me where i am in the world .

I personally also like the option to send and receive text messages , this makes it very easy . As a result you avoid calling up for small questions .

The vonage app for windows also works wonder when using it on your laptop . Its always easier to send a text via keyboard rather than using your cellphone . Listening to all your voicemails after a long weekend too makes it easier .
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that i dislike , but i hate waiting for more than 10 minutes when the customer service is called .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work for an American based company in India . Having a personal US number helps us reach our customers easily and the fact that they can call us back makes it useful too .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this app if you wish to have a crisp quality of voice as a result creating a very good impression with your customers/clients .

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I am not tied to my desk. I can use my service on my cell phone or laptop allowing me to work from anywhere with an internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes using Vonage.

The portability of Vonage is our greatest asset.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to do several businesses from one phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. They are good enough, I came back, not finding anyone to compete with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have three numbers. Two for business and one for personal. Customer service is available to help with issues, if needed. As each number rings separately, I know which line is calling, making my businesses easier to handle on the phone. Business can go with me, wherever I go and operate as though I am in the office.

Before you say no, give it a try.
