No issues and great service
What do you like best about the product?
We haven't had any interruptions with out service which is great. Also, the call group is great because we all have our individual line. when a customer calls the "call group" anyone can answer. This makes business faster and efficient. The conference option helps us connect customers to another department without any issues. There is also an option to add hold music of your choice which our customers like.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a call group but also having a personal number for each phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was a fast transition and they'll help you set up the features.

When the phone system works, I am able to transfer calls to coworkers

Constant issues making phone calls and other features that were turned off of our phones. Features that we are PAYING for!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are not solving any problems. Vonage is creating problems for us.

We love this phone system because it is so easy to setup to transfer phones or setup different settings on the phone system.

We do not dislike anything about Vonage. We have had a great experience with it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues transfering calls. We were also having issues with call features. This works perfectly for what we need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an easy system to transfer calls this is the software for you.
Great for Google Suite Users or those Interested
What do you like best about the product?
This product is best for people who already use Google G Suite daily to perform their daily tasks as well as for business operations. I love that it can log calls and save them as Emails, Add Contacts, and Integrates Appointments into your calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really only use this in addition, to using G Suite. If you are just switching to a VOIP phone system for your business, and do not currently use G Suite I would compare to other companies before deciding. Also, If you are interested in G - Suite this may be for you. I recently cancelled this and switched to 8x8 because we changed our phone systems to integrate with a different office in Waco, TX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I especially like that i can log calls as emails, this allows me to review conversations if I missed anything during a meeting or just for records.

Recommended if you currently rely on G Suite for your business or are interested in using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with this application for a short time, which I use to set up meetings. For this I use the calendar and the automatic invitations, so I do not waste time. I also use it for online meetings actively collaborating with the work team.
What I like most about this application is working in the same document with my teammates or with people outside your company. Quickly visualize the changes that are made and communicate effectively with group chat.

One of the negative points I see are the security measures since I found the application open after having left the computer for a long time on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would recommend this product to those companies that want to speed up the times in the meetings and in the planning of the company's calendar. As a positive point, efficiency is increased and working times are reduced.

It is a tool that helps solve multiple tasks and increases efficiency and efficiency in solving them.

Getting voicemail transcription sent to gmail.

I really like everything about this product except getting through to customer service during the setup

Seemless integration of voice calls to gmail. Convience of taking the office on the go.
Great phone system but issues with cell phone implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the phone calls come to my cell phone through the app when I am out of office. Also the messaging feature is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Myself and a few of our coworkers have had connection issues. Sometimes call don’t come through to our phones. Also because of this we have had to revert to direct text meaaaging or calls while at the large conferences we put on because it is simply easier and more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage helps our employees like me that need to be able to receive and make calls on the go. It helps that the calls go directly to our cell phone through the app.
Just as easy to use as you expected
What do you like best about the product?
I used this for a while before I realized there were even more features I could definitely be using. Integrates perfectly with google suite just as expected. would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't receive any training to pick up the smaller features. Had to discover them on my own -- but that's not on Vonage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication issues. Much easier to communicate and check messages from anywhere.

invest in user training. The system is so much more than phone calls!
Great concept for efficiency and scaling operations
What do you like best about the product?
when it works, it really helped scale our operations and support teams and

It was very difficult to implement but understand it can only be good as the data that's input
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was very difficult to implement but when successful, it shortened research times, decreased hold times, and improved our fcr scores (satisfaction scores from inbounds)
G Suite is actually pretty effective even if it's just you using it!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that EVERYTHING is available from ONE place. i don't have to search around and try to figure out what is where. Google has met every single one of my needs from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike that Google has become such a monopoly. It's hard to find any other software that's as effective and responsive as Google and as a firm believer in the free market - this is kind of disheartening. I do also have concerns about my safety of my own private information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
. I am solving store and organizational problems. I don't have to use multiple platforms in order to accomplish tasks and objectives.
