Unparalleled Support
What do you like best about the product?
EVERYTHING! Pricing is better than my existing analog service. Onboarding was very efficient. Alex Comstock is the Vonage representative that I was assigned. He was able to clarify my configuration concerns and masterfully handled all of the details from porting existing telephone numbers to providing any and all the materials necessary to learn about the new equipment and the vast array of features included in the Vonage Business VOIP service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The entire process was far less time-consuming than I imagined. The equipment arrived pre provisioned well in advance of the port date. I placed the equipment in position the day before the predetermined installation date. On the installation date, I signed into the Vonage video meeting and 45 minutes later the system was up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing my communications system out of the stone age. Working remotely with the Vonage app is incredibly simple. I am sorry I did not do this years ago.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Contact Rich Technology Group before reaching out directly. They are true professionals.
It is a great tool for calling and texting purposes in a business organization.
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the calls is very good and efficient in addition the voicemails are being delivered in a very good manner and audio Quality is really good, hardly have any bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Bugs as such, but once we receive calls there should be an option to leave them a text in case you are in a meeting or busy, same goes with when you are already on the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Talent Acquisition Assistant and I am working offshore & my deliverables are in the United States so it helps me a lot to be connected with the Clients and the organization.

It is a great tool for calling in a business organisation.
Great tool but poor customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is great to integrate different services all in one to communicate with customers. I was able to make phone calls and send SMSs to clients. It's helpful for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time I tried reaching out to their customer support it was very hard to get someone to respond. If they had no agents available at the time, instead of keeping you on some sort of waiting list you had to complete the entire support form again to be able to see if anyone is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly solved the problem of having a US number to operate with even while working remotely. The main benefits are that I could receive and make calls, receive and send SMS, also had a voice mail activated, and received all my voicemails through email as well.

I like all the features and the simplicity of use of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike anything about the product/service. Everything works perfectly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of having a dependable service I can use. I have realized the benefit of getting an email when a voicemail is left.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Vonage Business Communications because of the ease of use. I have used several other solutions, and they just do not stand up as Vonage does.
Great Account managers and Support
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a partner and client with Vonage for several years. They are always adding new features. I appreciate that I can use an App and several phones with the same Extension and can be very distinctive with enabling certain features on each extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to my mind. The only thing which could be better is offering current clients upgrades from time to time. Wonder what will happen after the acquisition from Erikson?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working with several small businesses, and for them, a Phone Cloud solution is excellent. They don't need to be onsite to receive/make phone calls.
Great for international callers

Easy to set up and use, incoming call are easy to answer and leave messages

Had numerous random calls and unknown numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
It has so many important features such as messaging, video conferencing, add to contact feature and voicemail feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that it has limited letter capacity for texting on a Canada number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to connect with the targeted audience more easily as I can always leave text messages and voicemails if we don't connect on call.
Why I recommend Vonage
What do you like best about the product?
Great tech stack with UC, CC, and API integrations. It allows businesses to transform their communications channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point but maybe a few more geographic serviceable regions on a global scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the pandemic, the VBC platform allows all of employees to work from home at the same proficiency as in office.
Technically service is great. Billing and Customer Service Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Call quality is excellent, no drop calls, clear, good volume, awesome features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Porting my old number from Verizon was horrible, Verizon was good on their end, Vonage dropped the ball multiple times, took many calls and chat to resolve. Billing errors took 4 months to resolve. Totally unable to speak to anyone by phone with a company that "specializes" in phone communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Took business use of cell phone number to the desktop with more features and call quality.

What do you like best about the product?
Their app is straightforward and easy to use to manage our communication and set up users.
We especially like their call queue mechanism for directing calls to agents.

We haven't encountered any issues with their software. At this time, there is nothing I can note as a "dislike."

We needed a simple way to manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate agents.
