Application easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Taking calls using the Vonage application over Voip is easy to use and has user friendly interface. People who are not tech friendly can easily download the software and use it. When deploying this software for an enterprise, the ease of use cuts down on support calls and downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support wait times are the biggest hurdle for Vonage. Staff is typically friendly but it would be helpful to speak with a represenative during those difficult troubleshooting processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the ability to use Vonage Voip because it streamlines my leads to a secondary number without disrupting my personal life.
I still use it for my business number.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part was to have my business phone number on my existing devices without any additional equipment. It was much easier to use and maintain. I have used their voice messages and SMS quite significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the phone does not pick up the connection. I missed a few calls like that, but overall, it was manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was easy for me to have my business phone on the same device. It was easy to maintain and use alongside my other location-based number.

• I like using Vonage as I enjoy high quality voice and video calls.
• Speed of text is very high.
• I get unlimited international calls to over 60 countries at best minimum rate.
• Easy to assign contacts and extension to users.
• User- interface is very easy to understand, even a beginner can use it without any guidance.
• There is no limit of calls and messages.
• I get unlimited calls and messages that too international.
• It is very reliable in terms of business purpose.
• Security is very high and provides privacy as well.
• It is also good for large business purpose as it provides high volume call .
• We can easily configure calls and messages as it’s very easy to use

• I have found their customer support very slow in terms of responsiveness and takes long time to solve the issue.
• The service is little expensive for small business and startups.
• Upper management is little bit slow , they surely solves the problem but takes a little bit time .

• When we add new features , it takes extra cost.

• As I am using Vonage for my work so it is helping me a lot in doing international voice and video calls which is unlimited and I do not have to worry about the limitations of the number of calls.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to handle and the interface is so pretty and so attractive and its features is very useful and helpful to use it easy way its really very comforting in all device like mobile, laptop as well as Desktop and its features for texting really amazing. Easily we can communicate with clients without any lacking and it is very easy to install in all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, I seen in this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main feature I like here its cost is low and either you are on travelling ,home ,any where in world and have net connection you can connect with anyone end to end in the world that is the best part I like of Vonage

Vonage is great tool for communication. We can use easily. It also helps in Texting as well. Customer support is always there.

Sometime call connection is not up to the mark.

What I like the most about Vonage is that it is easy to use and it can be used on desktop and mobile which brings versatility, it's really easy to integrate and implament, we were using it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
For certain features you can expect a complex set up process and sometimes the customer support responses can be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were saving more money using VOIP services, compared to the traditional phone systems.

While the time passed, tha products mentioned below, had become more reiable. It has helped us to maintain the availability of the incoming requests into the business.
Didnt know about this service but also did not dissappoint.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing is that it facilitates communication between people and businesses. Upsides of using this service is the AI implementation, which is not quite perfect but does its job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the price and the add ons we need to pay in order to use. Wish there were more free features.

It is another service for communication, not so different from other services. It does its hojob really well. It does benefit me by letting me communicate my messages to others.

Recently we are having issues with their texting system becuase of some compliance parts but their team is actively working on this come over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage is helping us to reach out the candidates who look for the job, its easier to get the reports and voice is really very clear on Vonage.
