The easy way to aggregate value to your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some of your solutions, likely the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While the time passed, tha products mentioned below, had become more reiable. It has helped us to maintain the availability of the incoming requests into the business.
Didnt know about this service but also did not dissappoint.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing is that it facilitates communication between people and businesses. Upsides of using this service is the AI implementation, which is not quite perfect but does its job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the price and the add ons we need to pay in order to use. Wish there were more free features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is another service for communication, not so different from other services. It does its hojob really well. It does benefit me by letting me communicate my messages to others.
Its a nice and reliable source of communication

Its reports, features, HD calling, Application and web app, everything is nice, have a great and optimised versions for desktop, mobile and laptop.
Feature of texting is good.
Tracking of call records in various terms is really good. reports are really good

Vonage can be integrated with Your ATS system, which is a really good part and click to call makes it easier for members to call the people directly from the portal, which is really very easy.
Implemention or deployement of devices are also amazing.
I am using it very frequently may be 30-40 times a day.

Recently we are having issues with their texting system becuase of some compliance parts but their team is actively working on this come over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage is helping us to reach out the candidates who look for the job, its easier to get the reports and voice is really very clear on Vonage.

It has several integrations but hubspot is not one of them

The layout and the usability are the strenghts.

It doesn't integrate with CRM Hubspot that I needed.

Internal communication and client communication all in one platform.
Calls get dropped and quality is poor

Call quality is poor and it changes the audio output source when you have blutooth connected to phone automatically

It helped me call my international clients with fair enough audio quality but a lot needs to be improved
LOVE Vonage & the ease of set up
What do you like best about the product?
vonage made the set up process unbelievably easy. Everything is laid out where it is convenient to find- you do not have to dig through options to find what you are looking for. I also love that it keeps all employees phones and extensions grouped together to easily find the # or extension needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the app and desktop version run different. You can do certain things in the app that you cannot do on the desktop and vise versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping calls, voicemails, messages, etc in one spot. It helps us to be keep things organized, and know what and who we are working with within the day. Vonage makes it super easy to find voicemails that were meant for specific extensions only as well.
Easy to access, Super Friendly!

I can call anywhere in the world, easy to use, I use it daily, I use it for my communication and so far it is all good.

There is a lot of maintenance which makes it odd sometimes.

Whenever I call and communicate someone from US when I am in the Philippines, super convenient to use.
Phone application for bussiness
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation of this Phone is really easy you just have to install the app on your laptop i used it all day to make my calls and it is easy to integrate with other programs

the frame and the features its not amazing or impacting but I mean its a phone it's okay, customer support its quite well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all the workes of the companies need to have a phone on their laptops or just having a business line in the phone so its really easy to used and install
Vonage for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is at par the best and the most simple VOIP calling software to use. May it be on a cellphone or through a computer desktop. The voicemails are convenient and the SMS texts are separately ordered for in-house employees and outside contacts. The feature for Report generation in Vonage helps analyze the weekly inbound and outbound calls to determine accurate productivity for self and team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vonage has nothing to offer in terms of dislikes. It is just perfect for everyday business use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports help me generate productivity in real-time and the SMS feature allows me to stay in touch in case I am OOO and need to be in touch with any of my contacts. The voicemails keep me posted on any important calls I miss when away from the desk.
Vonage EZLynx Intergration
What do you like best about the product?
The intergration between Ezlynx & Vonage is great. It puts the client phone call in the client file so we can easily see who the person talked to. I also like that when the client calls their file automatically pulls up as long as the phone number is in the correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I dislike is a new tab opens up for each client so if you are working on something you get interrupted with a new tab open in Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track calls within EZLynx and also able to record our calls too.
