Good Business Resource

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Vonage was good because their app was user-friendly and visually appealing. It was simple to use and didn't require any training from what I recall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main frustration I had with Vonage was that I could not share or receive videos or photos, this caused confusion because the clients didn't know that I wasn't receiving them on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Vonage solves is being able to separate my work communication from my personal cell phone. This allows me to prioritize clients needs more efficiently and quickly too.

What do you like best about the product?
Minimalist design, you see all that you need in a clean customizable screen, you can manage texts and calls easier than others, you can also customize dashboards. is pretty cool and comfortable
What do you dislike about the product?
when I connect my headset I have to modify the choice to talk trough the mic computer and the headset. It doesnt detect the device automatically and it should. I have placed it as default several times but it just still changing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication, unlimited calls, the spam blockers are easily tacled with vonage like no other

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business Communication is the b aest software for international calls, video conferencing and SMS. We can easily do remote work after using this software and always connected to International Client
What do you dislike about the product?
Still now there is no disadvantage of this software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are working with international clients, this software helps us to connect with US candidates and client meetings, schedule interviews and accessible communication about jobs discussion

What do you like best about the product?
The application on both my computer as well as my cellphone integrates seamlessly. I can text or call clients and internal agents seamlessly just like you would on the phone
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to dislike. If I were to add something, I would add more analytics. But that is less about the product and more about the permissions my administrators have given me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We speak with clients daily, and communication back and forth is key. Vonage has made productivity extremely linear compared to other VOIP systems I have used in the past that would drop calls and not integrate with VPNs and other services.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the connectivity and linkage Vonage has with other applications and websites. It makes working more efficient and organized when handling calls and assisting customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the notifications pop up when I use Vonage Business communications during calls. That part really interrupts me when I am taking notes and assisting customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping greatly in keeping our company organized and efficient when assisting our customers. Everyone is all the same page and my workflow is much smoother and enjoyable.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and communicate with customers. easy to integrate with a CRM and logs calls requiring the user to do less work. Mobile app is excellent as your mobile will ring at the same time as Vonage headset allowing you to never miss a call
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any negative experiences using Vonage

Allowing me to log calls and never miss a call with the mobile app.

What do you like best about the product?
We have switched from RingCentral to Vonage. I can make calls from anywhere. It is very useful while working on a remote basis. Even I can switch calls from one device to another one very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till this time we didn't feel any dislike. It is working very well for me and my team also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Vonage mainly for calling purposes. I can contact clients and customers and trucking companies. It is very helpful while working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to make international calls and have usage reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
None of the functionality. Maybe something I could change would be the ringtone, but just for personal preference, it's not really a necessary thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep track of the calls that enter the company, know who are the people who answer the most calls and get reports.

Great for a hybrid work environment

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to launch within our company, good end-user adoption, integrated with an existing platform we are already familiar with (MS Teams), no system issues (dropped calls, connectivity issues, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbound calls all show as our main line, direct numbers aren't local, issues with purchasing French numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Available extensions through our mainline on softphones, allowing for a hybrid work model.
