As a Utility Locator, it helps me get my work done easily day by day.
What do you like best about the product?
All the information from contractor, to scope of work, to due date. Everything you need to know is right there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync Issues can definitely improve. It takes a very long time depending where we are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me solve where the scope of work is. That is essential because when marking out Gas you need to be able to know exactly where the work is. We deal with public safety, that is singlehandedly the most important aspect of our job.

It has been a great user friendly system
What do you like best about the product?
The easy user format. I like the editing features and how you can cantor it to the user. Locating files can be easy and friendly. It has been an overall good experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to find stuff. But once you get the hang of it it is easy. But first coming into the program is hard. Need a first time user guide to help figure it out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all files in one system. Being able to see other users files. Having all information in one site is very helpful. I have had an overall good experience in using this

- Amazing customer service from specifically Jayna and Vince. They frequently check in and guide me to the right answer when I'm struggling with Fulcrum's capabilities.
- Lots of flexibility in form creation and data linking.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Not very intuitive to learn, even with the classes and help documentation.
- Some crucial UI items missing, like being able to move fields around in an app easily, or rich text capability.
- Are somewhat active on the Fulcrum Feedback site, but rarely implement the most requested changes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Fulcrum has prevented the need for our company to develop our own application for our purposes. Fulcrum isn't the best solution, but it's better than writing something from scratch! They allow for ease of data collection, though the app is not particularly well suited for all of our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to keep track of productivity, as well as a way to see what trouble tickets are still outstanding. I think its a good way to show who is working on what ticket too, very easy to delegate tasks this way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that some of the user information boxes wouldnt be drop downs this way they can just type in their own information and make things a little bit easier for the support group.

Fulcrum is mainly showing who is using what device and when they are returned so in that sense it is acting as inventory maintenance. It is also showing

It could do with some extra functionality, but having said that, you can always submit an enhancement request.

Allows for the collection of field data in a systematic way. It gets information to the field team whether they are on-line or off-line.

What do you like best about the product?
Improved record keeping accuracy , improved efficiency in reporting, easy to use application and team members are super friendly. Bt adding Fulcrum, our reporting has become more streamline with immediate feedback. Our insurance company has embraced the idea and loved it. Our maintenance providers like the clear and concise reporting by using the electronic inspections which includes record keeping and we have gotten away from storage and filing of thousands of paper copy inspections a year.
What do you dislike about the product?
once a member it seems like the prices for design services increased which is a little of a hassle but overall the value for the membership is truly worth it and i cannot wait to see what other features Fulcrum come up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
truly improved inspection process by improving accuracy, realtime data being shared, and allows our entire company to share and learn from hazards and avoid potential issues. I previewed several other tech companies but Fulcrum was by far the best choice. no hesitation on recommending them to others
Creating digital field notes to aid in data collection, reducing the efforts of report generation.
What do you like best about the product?
Fulcrum helps create consistency amongst various users in their data collection efforts, which simplifies report generation as holes in data no longer need to be patched.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, there are uploading issues where data is lost while attempting to upload from your device to the cloud system. This failure to upload/save creates costly rework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulcrum helps in creating consistency in data collection amongst various users. Without Fulcrum, some staff will not record required information but with Fulcrum that option no longer exists.
great, simple to use fielding app!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use! Fulcrum can be used for any data collection and fielding application. I was able to edit the application to fit our business with no coding experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Fulcrum gets significantly more expensive when you have more than 5 users. Goes from 15usd a month to 30+USD per user per month. I wish there was cheaper alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to tag each address we work on with the lat long. With city parcel data, we are able to connect each data point with a commercial or residential address making data easy to track.
