Fails availability checks no matter how long you leave it on for, impossible to connect to via ssh/console for diagnostics and screenshot shows 'no internet', so not a lot of use really...

As mentioned many time - you will need a very large instance, e.g. t3.xlarge or larger, if you want a successful initialization of the instance. Once it is booted and password changed, you can scale down as low as a medium.

As mentioned in other posts, the user needs to use a much larger instance size, t3.2xlarge for example, and will be able to complete Windows 10 initialization. Rather than read the documents or reach out for help, the user will jeopardize workloads for countless organizations in the spirit of disinforming uthem that the product does not work. It does not work only when the instance size is too small to start Windows 10 for the first time, which needs at least 8Gb memory to initialize. The user has demonstrated that a small or medium size will not pass availability checks. Now that others know this, they can avoid this user's issues.
