Cannot connect.

I have used t2Large with 256GB storage to create the instance. It can get in running status. But I cannot connect it by using Microsoft remote desktop with Administrator and instance ID as password. The return code is 0x516. I try to change the security group's 3389 port to my IP. But it still not work.
