Love Pantheon
What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable. Great pricing. One of the best hosting options out there for WordPress and Drupal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clients find the plans too expensive. I have to explain to them how much better the service is compared to other web hosts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy staging for dev site. Great team tracking.

Amazing Drupal optimized-hosting platform at a great price
What do you like best about the product?
The multi-dev workflow that Pantheon offers is amazing and has increased the overall productivity of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard could use a little work. It experiences minor issues here and there, but I guess if it's gonna have it issues the administrative dashboard is the place to have them versus servers/customer sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were running our own Drupal stack and it was expensive and required a ton of time to manage it -- moving to Pantheon freed up this time and allowed us to work on development and enhance user-experience and get out of the Sys. Admin stuff.
pantheon is great
What do you like best about the product?
one click deploys, integration with lando, drupal core updates, drops 7,8, one click add ons, lots of articles and tutorials on set up, what's not to like!
What do you dislike about the product?
so far nothing, honestly. i'm not well versed in drupal hosting and deployment, best practices, so pantheon has been teaching me a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i don't currently have any devops resources, so pantheon was a no brainer for me
Recommendations to others considering the product:
pantheon is an affordable, easy to use, easy to learn option, especially if you have limited devops resources. i've been able to focus on developing my sites and applications without having to be too concerned about implementing continuous integration, monitoring, etc.
Fantastic Hosting Provider for WordPress
What do you like best about the product?
I love the containerized structure that really creates a secure environment for hosting a platform like WordPress more stable. So many other hosts out there don't prioritize security like Pantheon, and our clients have yet to have a breach or any sustained downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they offered more to their partners who send them clients regularly. We include Pantheon hosting in our pitches, and host almost all of our client sites with Pantheon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a reliable partner in Pantheon for WordPress hosting that is super fast and secure. We've experienced a lot less from a lot of other hosts.
Great for more technically inclined individuals/businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to have multiple staging environments for my websites. Being able to make changes, test, and then deploy without impacting the live site is a huge advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using Pantheon it was quite confusing to figure out how to move between each staging environment. I had quite a bit of trouble working with Terminus as well. (still have issues on Windows 10)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly develop & deploy client websites. We moved away from other providers so that we could have more flexibility with Pantheon.

Read the documentation carefully to determine if this solution is right for you.

It just makes my life so much simpler - deals with hosting and source control, what more could you want.

I'm having trouble coming up with something honestly - Pantheon takes care of so much for you.

It's simply amazing if you are developing or hosting a Drupal website.
Pantheon is by far the best hosting choice for Drupal

Backup and recovery is my favorite feature. So easy!

I know it's for improved security, but I hate having to use tokens to use remote shell

What do you like best about the product?
I love the server speeds and reliability. In addition, the three stage workflow. Everything is like a Swiss Army knife.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forced caching on the development stage. Long customer service waits (though the service is top notch).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing client website back ups has become significantly easier. The server speeds have greatly benefited or projects.
Excellent Performance & Service
What do you like best about the product?
Very fast service at entry levels and very responsive customer service. The workflow allowing for multildev environments is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything that I do not dislike

Where the competition failed to deliver around a certain price point, Pantheon knocked it out of the ballpark.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're an entry level company considering a business plan in either Acquia or Pantheon, go with Pantheon, the speed is incomparable.

Sometimes I feel like I don't need dev > _test_ > production. I feel like test is kind of clunky. It would be nice to fastlane some hot fixes right to production

You pretty much need a developer, or technical point person. It's not painless to use, but the tools are strong.
