What do you like best about the product?
I like the stability and the good functioning of the service. Also the technical support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, maybe the rates that are still substantial.

I set up environments quickly and in a very functional way.

I like how easy it was to export the created site to our on-prem server.

Dealing with the Pantheon plugin during the export process.

Having an easy location for the developer to make changes to a production site without granting access directly to the server.

The UI is intuitive, I like how easy it is to do a deploy

Easy and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pantheon automatically gives you a dev, test, and production enviroment. The UI is easy to use and the tools are powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are trying to migrate a very large site that is on PostgreSQL, its time consuming and difficult. Pantheon runs on SQL only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pantheon is helping us steamline the development of multiple properties. It also seems to have superior data privacy in place.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly I can spin up a completely separate environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the `wp_options` updated to the new site URL - but that is pretty quick & easy to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a "set-it-and-forget-it" solution. I have all the environments I need, without worrying about uptime on my production environment.
Great Support all the time

I create / development public facing websites for clients and pantheon is always there to help when I'm in a bind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Terminus. I wish we could just have a regular SSH access. Certain customer support reps don't seem to know what is allowed and not allowed for customer support.

Ease of use when deploying and managing their codebase.
