Great Drupal Hosting
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get up and running with a new website. It took me 5 minutes to create a dev site, and it was free. Yes, you do have to pay to go live, but for $35/month, that's not a bad deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a hold of customer service can be a challenge, and many of their service links don't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working for a place that has no IT department and therefore no hosting available, Pantheon has been a lifesaver. Having dev, test and live environments is crucial.

What do you like best about the product?
Having multiple environments all based on GIT make it easy to work with our internal team and external partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the cases where SFTP need to be used, the switching back and forth makes it a bit redundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our efforts and preventing overwrites and conflicts between developers and designers.

Integrated git and sftp support, multi-dev environments, and easy management tools and dashboard are a breeze to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
not really a dislike, but the upstream code vs downstream content took a little bit of getting used to; but once we did, it's a great feature to make sure you aren't breaking/overwriting anything on the live environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to provide our clients amazing hosting and CMS management, and Patheon helped us to unify/standardize our workflow across all sites

Definitely worth giving a try for companies with large numbers of managed sites
Pantheon provides a robust WordPress hosting and development solution
What do you like best about the product?
CDN, SSL, multidev environments, UI and CLI interfaces for platform functions, git based development workflow and scheduled backups are included and easy to use. Customer service is great and integrated into the dashboard. Managing access to sites is clear and straightforward. The billing and site ownership handoff process is simple and easy to understand even for nontechnical users. In depth and easy to find documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hopefully they can offer solutions for other content management systems beyond WordPress and Drupal in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much less time and energy spent on development operations. Easily see who has access to any site. Clear easy to find documentation that facilitates on-boarding staff and clients. Easy site handoff and billing.

I don't think you can find a better level of performance or support for hosting WordPress sites.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to push and pull code with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't manipulate the server the way you need to sometimes.

Pantheon has been a stable host for 3 websites we host.
What do you like best about the product?
The performance of all the sites is excellent and the support staff always respond in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any issues with the hosting or support we've received from Pantheon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hosting 3 websites with Pantheon. It is nice knowing Pantheon is ensuring the sites perform fast, are handling high availability, performing regular backups and are available to answer any support questions we have.

Dev/Test/Live/multidev instancing makes development with multiple partners much easier.

Harder to integrate with custom SSL certificates and enterprise CDN.

the new pricing while reducing features, and lately performance were not good

DevOps, no need to worry that the site will stop working. easy to work with a team on a project.

If you are a small business, you are out of luck, because this product just became way pricier than it used to. If you have a website that needs great performance, and you want to sleep quietly at night, this is probably your best option today to get as an amazing hosting provider for Drupal.
Excellent cloud services
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy self setup. Choice of cms tools in standard configurations. On a free small account, with other things restricted, but not the development tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't use own domain on free account. That's the only downside, but being free, I can totally work with it for my current need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a test site on a trusted host that I could expand later of project and budget was approved.
