Excellent for developers!
What do you like best about the product?
The support, documentation, and tools are all geared towards developers and technical users. Drupal hosting and maintenance is absolutely wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user roles and permissions are not as granular as I would like. You can't grant specific usage or permission for specific sites within your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't ever think about server maintenance, CMS updates are as easy as a click of a button, and environment backup and restore is simple.

Highly professional with advanced tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the Pantheon platform is to use for more advanced deployments. The tools are incorporated in such a way that it just works and I don't have to worry as much about issues on my live site because I've been able to throughly develop and test code changes. Automatic backups and Git integration are also second to none. The support I've received has always been top notch as well with as much handholding as I've needed to correct any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is certainly higher than most other hosts but I feel like I get a fair deal for as many tools and services that come with the platform. I would like to see Pantheon offer agency pricing for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a one man show 99% of the time but occasionally I will bring a contractor on for a specific task. Pantheon allows me to give them specific access and to get them up to speed quickly. I can deploy quickly using the best backbone I can get.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for the best quality Pantheon is it. If you are looking for the cheapest price I would look elsewhere.
Pantheon Managed & Moderate Hosting Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Pantheon is being used in our organization for hosting. Many people in our organization use Pantheon as a modern end-to-end hosting solution provider to make sure they automatically update their feed and improve their online presence. It offers significantly enhanced effciency and guarantees excellent uptime. Source are update automatically. It also provides good performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be a lack the available documentation, and also newbies are facing diffculties to learn the system and process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with a complete hosting solution that helps effciently manage the multiple websites and ensure the automatic update and make improvements over the internet. Their support team is also knowledgeable and effcient and provides perfect supports on a timely basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommended pantheon to my colleague and friends as a moderate and best hosting solution provider.
Started out as a boon for noobs and small business, mutated into an Enterprise level tool

I love the DevOps tools and the Documentation feature. It teaches you how to get into the nuts & bolts of web development.
If you're an enterprise-level org and you want to treat your WebDev to a good time, get Pantheon.
The free sandbox is great for drafting sites and learning how to manage them.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing.
We have been bumped up to a ridiculously expensive tier because of our site traffic even though we're a small organization. Extremely difficult to justify the cost come budget season.
The support.
It's a lot like a therapist. They will walk you through the process of solving your issue instead of... solving it. They're pretty hands-off on helping you get your site up after your code goes out of date. When you have analytical folks breathing down your neck due to a 504 error on a page, you need a fix, not a tutorial.
The (lack of) Onboarding
I've never used New Relic before. So imagine my confusion when trying to figure out if my site has any PHP issues. What's a Redis? Let's google/check the documentation on this instead of working.

I learned a lot about web development and creating the optimal environment for web development. It's a great learning tool but a pricey hosting solution.

HTTPS certificates to keep our site and visitors secure. We manage the certs ourselves

Pantheon delivers everything that a business needs. Each member of a team can build ,host and manage their website. Due to which websites launch faster in effective time .

Best platform for open source solutions
What do you like best about the product?
As per the enhancement the software can be customized and provide multiple platforms as per the user needs. This is the best part of this tool.

The user interface can be more interactive and enhance so that it become more user friendly.

Deploying websites for the business user and enhance the website as per the business need.
Awesome Software for Web and Business Development
What do you like best about the product?
The websites are deployed with such a mechanism that there is auto scalability ensured every time. Our websites remain functional throughout the year and thus never go down. The server environments are pretty good and report us with the server load and other details required so that the quality of service is never compromised. The customer care executives are charming people who assist us with the required features and help us going through the documentation to ensure a variety of features with each update and better web design. Pantheon takes good care of query algorithms, and everything seems smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The servers are quite costly even though there isn't colossal traffic to handle most of the year. Other than this, everything is fine till now, and we hope we get better pricing plans to maintain the quality of the website while we don't incur high expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system seems quite robust and in place, thanks to the beautiful software. The benefits are reflected in our sales, which has improved a lot after we started using this, since the support ticket system and responses are pretty fast. We have a lot more time to analyze the data and incorporate customer feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We should better go for the initial trial period before shifting to premium plans and analyze the improvements quantitatively before taking a significant decision since this product is costly.
Great Tool for Your Content
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Pantheon is how easy it is to customize your template. It also makes it easy to utilize archiving and retention features to help manage and curate your contents. It is a tool we use throughout the entire lifecycle of our publications. It is useful from idea mapping to content creation and then publishing
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides so far. I have enjoyed using it

With a few clicks, it is possible to publish content on the web with Pantheon. It is also easy to collaborate and share resources with colleagues when using Pantheon.

It is simply worth it. It simplifies web hosting and content publishing
Agile Approach based deployment system
What do you like best about the product?
The best part lies in the continuous feedback system inbuilt in the software during all stages of website testing and deployment. It helps in a drastic change of your website by suggesting the latest web designs and integrating well with the existing pipeline resources. Further, the testing part is beautifully carved into the software as there are plenty of testing algorithms that work with expected results before deploying the changes into the final website. Not to forget the consistent customer support who help us day in and out manage the website well during peak season—a great product in conclusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price is something way more than expected which I feel should be the common ground of disappointment for every customer. The features are really good but somewhat over priced, which is why I couldn't give it a 10. But no other disappointments for this product honeslty as it works like a charm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is a suitable replacement for AWS, as the features are mostly the same except for the excellent automation environment offered to us by the company. The data analytics tool is quite brilliant and helps us analyze the company's database quite well. It also helps us in setting quarterly targets and managing bonuses for the employees quite smoothly.

Thanks to the variety of plans provided by the company, you can choose the relevant plan and benefits as per the company's needs.
