What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Workato has transformed the way our team handles integrations and automations. One of the best features is its user-friendly interface, which allows even those with limited technical expertise to create complex workflows effortlessly. The drag-and-drop functionality, combined with a vast library of pre-built connectors, has significantly reduced the time we spend on manual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Workato is a powerful tool, there are times when the platform can be a bit sluggish, especially when handling very large data sets or complex workflows. Additionally, the pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams or startups, which might be a barrier for some organizations to fully leverage its capabilities.
