Made making decisions simple for business
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Celonis takes complex, hidden processes and turns them into a clear visual map to show where inefficiencies lie and helps solve them through automation and smart recommendations. I like how it integrates with Salesforce and other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit hard to learn at first for users without a data background, some might feel overwhelmed without training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me make better decisions faster and reduce delays and get more work done with less effort, celonis helps solve the problem of not knowing where business are slow or inefficient and it shows exactly where time and resource are being wasted.

It helps uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance issues through real-time analytic. Also celonis is offers exceptional visibility into business processes by mapping them based on actual data from enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, etc.

While powerful, Celonis can be complex for new users without a background in data analysis or process mining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis is helping us tackle inefficiencies in our business processes by providing complete transparency into how workflows actually operate across departments. Before Celonis, it was difficult to identify where delays, rework, or compliance issues were happening. With its real-time process mining and root-cause analysis, we can now pinpoint bottlenecks and take corrective action quickly.

I was unable to export the results to use it in presentation preparing apps such as MS Powerpoint

After implementing Celonis Process Mining, we are able to see all the bottlenecks in our operations. The dashboards make complex looking data easily accessible to non-technical users.

Require more effort from the IT Team. Also pricing model is somewhat vague.
