Best Platform in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Lot of offers in place from Celonis. It has its in-house Pql used to create dashboards and tight coupling with SQL. Celonis has the latest methods to create an excellent dashboard for the leadership view
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis has too much to offer that it is confusing sometimes as to what should be considered and what not.They dont have updated documentation and also troubleshooting support is not available if you want to use data extractor on prem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has simplified our PR/PO process. Account receivables, Reconciliation,Oracle related process and many more. It is also having action skill who provides process automation

One of the best process mining tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Celonis provides a clear and visual representation of business processes,customer journeys, helping organizations understand how things are really working,also it identifies bottlenecks and inefficiencies, allowing businesses to optimize their processes for better performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis involves analyzing a lot of data, sometimes it becomes difficult to process the information, ccustomer journeys

The platform offers real-time insights, which is crucial for making informed decisions quickly, It is very easy in terms of deep dive and can get more garnular information,

A full stack tool for business analysis and process automation - Celonis
What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is very much efficient and easy to use for process mining. Importantly realted to SAP and other popular data sources.
When you compare with other competitors like Signavio, Celonis is powerful mainly the Action flows giving Celonis more power. As of my knowledge having more than 8 years of experience in Business process automation which includes RPA and some workflow technolgies. Actions flows is so efficient and have many ready to use connectors for all most all of the cloud products, No other competitor in the indistry have the same capabilities,
And the object centric process mining is a revolutionary in this domain of process mining and process analysis. It is giving more clear insights and undestanding for business users.
The filtering of results is very simple and efficient and also writing of KPIs using the filters also simple.

Celonis is great but needs some improvements.
Documentation : For many of the marketplace solutions there is no clear documentation.
Centralised scheduler needed: It is imporatnt to have a centralised scheduler to look all the data jobs and schedules at one place. So that we can manage data jobs and schedules easily.
It will be great if we can highlight the tables which are getting extracted but not used in any Tranfermations or anlyisis. So that we can use the APC efficeinetly.
It will be great if we can have centralised credentials store. We can store and share credentials to different access levels like user, group or pacakge.

It is giving its best for process understanding and making it better, and for task automation there are many RPA tools but for peocess automation Action flows gving its best.
For managing orders and some ticksts the apps we build in Celonis making the job very easy. It is very efficent for managing the everything in one place.

It is great path to learn explore new opportunities and expel the skills to be vigilant in the desired feild. It is ease to use and implement. It's features are so handful for new user and have great support.

What I like most about Celonis is that it is a very interactive and user friendly process analysis tool. The tool also offers many useful features for process mining. Furthermore, implementation and integration are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about the application is the fact that two users cannot edit the same view or dashboard.

Currently, Celonis helps me analyze processes and discover inefficiencies in processes. By discovering route causes and bottle necks, we are able to help teams continually improve their processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Good usability for the end user. Free online trainings are well presented and updated, you can learn a lot in a short time. Fast response times of user interface. Up to par with current security standards. Possibility to integrate special security requirements of customers. Easy data source integration due to a high number of available standard connectors. Celonis EMS is provided as a SaaS solution, therefore it scalable and can be easily integrated in an corporate environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data jobs sometimes unreliable/failing. Communication with service desk cumbersome at times. Maintenance windows are not always outside of the business hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to deep dive into the processes and make data driven decisions, rather than decisions based on a gut feeling. It drives innovation and improves agility in the processes.

New features are usally quite immature when they are released, it is quite exhausting and confusing to work with action flows, still not all features in Views available

Excellent Customer Oriented Support - Getting started is the challenge
What do you like best about the product?
Innovation, Usability, support of service, features to connect different systems to have a full process view and derive opportunities. Versatile in what area it can be used for what use cases. Creatitivity unlimited. Helps to increase efficiency.

Not as much plug&play yet. This is getting better with the Kickstarter-Apps they provide to download and install.
Lack of process levels - you have a view of most common processes e.g. with most activities, but easy differenciation of process depth is not available.

Enabling E2E views which involves several different systems. Getting data-based facts and analyses that otherwise are based on gut feeling only. Insights and suppossedly already known processes.
