Easy Airtable to Salesforce Sync

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use as someone who hasn't used a tool like Hightouch before. It's really easy to leave it running in the background, and not have to think about it too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first time we enabled the sync between Airtable and Salesforce, it took a while for Hightouch to find the specific table we were looking for. This wasn't a huge issue for us, but just meant setting up the sync took a bit longer than planned.

Reviewing errors is also pretty time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of information about prospects in an Airtable database, and wanted an easy way to push this into Salesforce via a 1 way sync. Hightouch has allowed us to do this at a low cost which is excellent!

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch makes it easy for me (as a data analyst) to do reverse ETL. I was up and running a data pipeline that had previously broken within 2 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a new sync without having first creating a data model within Hightouch lead to some issues, but it was quickly resolved by adding a data model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of me not knowing how to use python packages and lambda functions to push data from our warehouse to 3rd party applications.

makes email automation easy for a busy PM

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it extremely easy for me to query my Postgres database for activated users and sync that query with my email automation tool (Sendgrid). It's how I automate survey requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could integrate with Beehiiv, which is a more powerful email tool than Sendgrid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a small startup, it solves my need for email automation. Both for outreach to users (requesting interviews, surveys) and orchestrating onboarding comms.

What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward and has been reliable! Works great with Sheet & Intercom.

Syncing status was a bit confusing at first when an error occurred, but wasn't too hard to figure out.

Hightouch is the right solution for growth teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch made it easy for us to sync PLG data from our databases over to our CRM. The configuration for datasources and destinations is drop-dead simple! Comparing to a more complicated like Segment, you can get up and running in 30 minutes or less for a simple Reverse ETL
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides so far. You have to be clear about what you're using Hightouch for -- for a Reverse ETL with specific periodicity, it's pretty unbeatable. Would be great to see Hightouch team scale their feature set as they grow, but no downsides so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sync PLG data between our user database and CRM. We use this to keep our CS teams up to date on the latest, aggregated user patterns. No more looking at stale data and hunting around in the datawarehouse for insights!

Easy to get up and running with Hightouch for Snowflake -> Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was very easy, and the chat support was great. I am familiar with Snowflake but less so Salesforce, their support team was able to answer my SFDC questions quickly and easily.

Additionally very impressed with the integrations and configurability. Having both crontab strings for scheduling as well as DBT Labs integration is exactly what I was looking for.

Also the status dashboard of jobs success/warning/errors is easy to read and helpfully informative!

Finally the pricing model works well for us. Some competitors have charges based on # of data fields which we found confusing. We picked Hightouch because pricing bests scales with our needs, and the easy-to-use product is really a nice bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints. The website has a series of loading icons the first time you click through, but you don't really interact with the website that often anyways so not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hightouch to export product usage data from our Snowflake warehouse to Salesforce. It gives our sales and growth teams contextual information about how customers are using the product that makes chatting with them easier and more expedient

What do you like best about the product?
We automate our data processes and improve data accuracy. The flexibility of Hightouch allowed us to customize workflows and connect multiple data sources, saving us time and reducing manual errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost associated with the Hightouch service is not feasible for smaller companies with limited budgets; also setup process can be time-consuming and require technical expertise.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reverse ETL sync to push data into third-party platforms increases data accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen nor come across anything I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When our sales department wanted to view information on our clients, Salesforce wouldn't provide the complete picture unless manual data entry was done. The ability to do a reverse ETL sync unblocks this issue.
