The standard for reverse ETL
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is just incredible. It has everything one can think of A to on connections, a simple and clean interface, excellent documentation, and advanced but easy-to-set-up alerts. My favourite feature is the dbt integration.
Combined with the incredible pricing, all that makes Hightouch de facto the standard reverse ETL solution in the modern data stack.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything. Hightouch has nailed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hightouch exclusively as a reverse ETL solution. We precalculate some critical metrics in our warehouse. Pushing those metrics to tools like Salesforce unlocks our team to see the data where it is needed instead. of using a plethora of tools. This doesn't just result in faster reaction time and unlocks proactive actions, smarter decisions, and, most importantly, trust.

Data flow and data sync from different data sources.
Gets me access to data I wouldn't otherwise have

It gives our team a reliable method of taking data that's usually quite difficult-to-wrangle and making it actionable and measurable across our growth and product stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch helps us take take data that wasn't previously accessible to us as Growth PMs, and allows us to use it to power all kinds of messaging and product experiences.
Complements Iterable well
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hightouch as a data connector between our data warehouse and email software (Iterable). It's easy to understand for a no-code position.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did have an incident where an intern accidentally added the wrong thing to Hightouch which caused 1000 wrong emails to be sent. We then implemented the review feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be hard to connect our data warehouse events with our email software so Hightouch creates data models / tables that can trigger actions in our email software.

Thier support team is very helpful and quick. Also easy to learn how to use the tool

I don't have anything negative to say about hightouch.

Helps us get data from our waarehouse into our CRM and data from other places like sheets. Make it easy to build reports in sheet when we don't want to make an investment to use a data viz tool

Huge range of connectors, easy to create and schedule new jobs, and easy to find answers.

Pricing model can be a bit punitive, making it expensive as you grow.

We need to send data to many sources. Hightouch allows us to do this with a nice UI that is accessible by non-technical stakeholders.
A Game-Changer for Data Integration!
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch supports a wide range of data sources and destinations, which has been crucial for a diverse data ecosystem.The scheduling and automation features are another highlight. I love that I can set up automated data syncs at specific intervals or trigger them based on certain events.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hightouch is designed to be user-friendly, more complex data integration workflows might require a steeper learning curve. Users who are not familiar with data integration concepts or have less technical expertise might find it challenging to set up intricate workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually inputting and processing data across multiple systems can be time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient. Hightouch automates data integration processes.
HighTouch is non-technical user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
HighTouch allows me as a product manager to tweak and edit our data integration between our platform/data warehouse and our CRM tool, HubSpot. Its connection with mongo and snowflake allows us to easily filter and query the data before we sync it.
What do you dislike about the product?
HighTouch can improve their error reporting, especially for large batches. Right now it takes a long time to generate the error report in a CSV with line items but it would help us better troubleshoot to be able to get this faster/at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to connect customer data from our data systems (mongo, snowflake) to HubSpot, our CRM tool. It allows us to filter out any unnecessary data through JSON queries and easily schedule these jobs to run daily and in order via sequences.

The sales engineering/solution architect team are helpful and responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
The relationship between Models and Audiences is not very intuitive for non-technical users.
