What do you like best about the product?
All the features you're expecting from an EAM solution.
A lot of customization capabilities.
Maximo is a really complete solution with new mobile and role based apps that helps users going through.
It has native connectors with SAP, Oracle, Workdays and other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a bit of cleaning on the screens so the users are not drowned.

What do you like best about the product?
It can give the outcome by taking the Asset data along with integrate it with field device. Life cycle costing, capex, opex and operational and maintenance costing. It can also define the level of services and can make decision related to repair and replace of asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get it's license for every client is expensive and mostly client is it interested to procure the IBM maximo tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset performance management is one of the most important part of Asset management system in which we can determine the kpis of individual asset whether it's a leading or lagging. For process industry, maximo can determine its maturity level by increasing it's reliability and develop the maintenance strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Maximo is the best product and solution for managing the facilities because it includes all the required integrated functions that allow working them quickly and professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike IBM Maximo. It's the cost that it is not possible to be utilized and used in the facilities of my customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the projects that we have managed in different entities, as Zahran is the contractor and service provider, did not have the required system to manage the infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about IBM Maximo is that the user interface is user friendly. I really can start using it within a few days and it really does look very nice.

The transaction record need a status history table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Maximo had benefit me through track asset information, schedule maintenance activities and creating work orders.

Many features help in the asset management like creation and generation of work orders, controlling and managing spare parts as well as achieving the KPI and SLA

User Friendly and adaptable. Quickly able to learn new techniques.

I have been using it for counple of months now, but until now, its been working absolutely fine.

Assets management is a very tough job and without it, a very dificult job. We manage out assets, mobilization demobilization timesheet SRS RSRS etc
