What do you like best about the product?
the capability to adopt to various business requirements.

Maximo is Difficult to install and configure

Reduce downtime, maintenance cost as well as capture asset history and people knowledge

Maximo is a highly configurable system that can do almost anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current user interface on the version we are on is not up to date and user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo is a great tool for all maintanence needs. You can track work and assets and get all the data you need for forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that I do not have all the permissions to do some of the things I need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MRO. We use Maximo for our MRO warehouse and procurment of spares and spot buys.

I like the PM modules because we can improve our work. I think it is easy to use.

I think it is slow sometimes.we need to improve the speed of our current system.

We are helping our techs do a better job.

Asset Management & Work Management. Maximo allows us to track costs on our assets and track frequency of needed work.

I would like there to be more Ease of report writing

Asset cost tracking and identifying problematic areas around our facility.

There is a great deal of flexibility in how you configure it

I think the UI and navigation is very cumbersome for our users.

We are mainly interested in Preventative Maintenance, Work Orders, Service Requests, Purchase Requests and Inventory

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibiltiy of Maximo. Strong asset management capabilties. Support and improvements to core product is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features and improvements are not released fast enough. Some features are not sensible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventative and Corrective work orders. Inventory and asset management. Maximo is allowing us to create, schedule, and assign different types of work orders to better manage our work.

High degree of difficulty of installations and upgrades.

Work order management and purchasing. Management insights and system improvements as well as improved safety and cost effectiveness result.
