i like how it routes the jobs for the measurer techs
What do you dislike about the product?
that you have to wait to 2pm to optimize to be able to dispatch the jobs

it route the jobs which makes it easer to dispatch

What do you like best about the product?
i like that we can get E signatures and upload picture,plus i like how it lets me set up routes.
What do you dislike about the product?
how i have wait till 2pm for the system, for me to set up my schedule.

dont have to look for addresses. everything is on the app

What do you like best about the product?
It has the basic information to get to the jobsite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use more specific iformation about each job I am going to. I get the basic infromation on skedulo and have to login to another website/app to get the specific details for that job. When I add notes, I don't know where they end up or who sees them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has all my appointments for the day, time frames for each and GPS options. I can add notes and take pictures to each appointment.
Skedulo is a fluid system that simplifies logistical planning.

routing, job placement/ allocation, choosing requirements

The only thing i dislike is not being able to have the customers number on the app version to have an all encompassing system.

Skedulo is solving the routing for jobs we have in the system

Skedulo makes easy the routing of our field technicians, we are saving a lot of time of our Schedulers
A tool for a helpful start but not to provide the end route

I like that it helps to start organizing the routes and gives you a jump start.
I also like that when you hover over the jobs you get some information.
I like that the system prevents you from over scheduling an installer, or just in general.
I feel like it is easy to block someone out for the day or certain hours.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe more information should be given when you hover over the jobs, in the map view.
I think you should be able to input a starting address and finish address, that way it can lead the installers home.
I don't like that it is a little tricky to move jobs around.
When the jobs are first organized,I don't think it does that great of a job. It will have installers going out of their way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it has solved the issue of training someone on scheduling. I think it is a good tool to show someone what is needed for scheduling and how a route should look. With associates being able to see it layed out on a map, it allows them to see what area the measure techs and installers will be traveling.
Great and accurate app to use on the field
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it pulls up all on my appointment in one place, also a great place to store picutres and sign documents into the systme. It is a great one stop shop for all of my needs out on the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish it had was a way to look up notes on the project I am going to, just to make sure I have the correct tools to do the job.

Customer Signatures through the app as been amazing.
User friendly and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
The initial transition was difficult, more because people are reluctant to change than any program issues. Once our team began using Skedulo they realized that it is user friendly and easy to learn the ins and outs. Arranging schedules for multiple installers can be challenging, the maps and time frames between jobs that are provided makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Communication with other systems can be slow especially when scheduling around holidays.

Routing and tracking field personnel.

What do you like best about the product?
It works well with compiling jobs and assigning tasks, it also works well for tracking locations of jobs
What do you dislike about the product?
It's routing does not function the best, puts jobs together that don't work given their location and requires manual intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is used to create routes for us to manage on site jobs in our field. The system is used for to make it easy to determine locations and assigned contractors on the work.
