User friendly and easy to administer workforce management solution

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo provides a number of different user interfaces which enable schedulers to roster themselves or their teams in a way that suits them best. New users can be trained quickly due to its ease of use.
The Skedulo team are very responsive to feedback, we feel well supported and they take all suggestions on board. They offer a range of support services that help us continually improve how we use the system, and their low code approach means we are often able to manage configuation changes independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with other systems can be difficult to understand and manage without vendor support. By default, the system comes with limited permission settings, which can lead to data issues if users don't follow the correct process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo are continually improving their product in response to our feedback, particularly around improving the efficiency of our rostering/scheduling teams and meeting the requirements of our enterprise agreement.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall a great easy to use scheduling platform for healthcare, massive improvements being made and customers being listened to when coming up with improvements

There are a few limitations, however the team are constantly supporting and coming up with ideas to combat any issues or limitations

Speed of the app - huge benefit to our organisation

What do you like best about the product?
Capacity for your workforce to complete there work all at there fingertips by using a app. Capacity to optimise reducing manual scheduling and great configuration and creating more power for the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Release notes are not always clear making it hard to understand
Especially in relation to bug fixes - does not state when bug was discovered, further details to help the customer understand if it impacts them or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's working on creating more customisation so more control to sit with the customer.
We can then tailor it to suit our needs and vision.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with a large not-for-profit in Australia (New Horizons), implementing Skedulo was a challenge... not because of the technology but the change in process. But we discovered all of the challenge was with our own change management and resistance to change by some of our staff BUT Skedulo has totally transformed our business and 100% for the better. If you are thinking of Skedulo take it from us.... start your journey as soon as you can, it's well worth the journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we love it. We have some staff who didn't want the light shining on their activities and they hated it, but the management and executive could see skeletons in the closet they didn't even know were there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo has solved many staff sheduling issues such as Availabilities, rostering and allocations and urgent backfilling such as sick days and roster planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is a useful tool for quickly seeing what tasks employees are scheduled to complete. It is simple to use and navigate for someone who needs to use it very seldom. In an office setting, it is helpful for monitoring office operations.

I consider the way Skedulo handles programs that track my team's performance in scheduling to be one of its advantages.

The aspect of making up organized schedules has been one of the most helpful part about Skedulo as it helps the team well organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I find during my experience with Skedulo is the unavailability of enough features and a little of bug fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team management is one of the many issues that Skedulo has resolved among my team and their members as it enables us to collaborate more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
System is easy to use and easy to learn - I use the rostering function on a daily basis and find the ability to see who is available for a shift and who is not available with a couple of clicks is invaluable during those peak times that generally mean a million things at once are happening. The integration with our salesforce data means that everything is at our finger tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a bunch of different ways to the same task - which can sometimes mean slight confusion for newer team members. Not a massive issue but a streamlined process is always preferable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day rostering needs and following up on claims enquiries.

A Solid Upgrade To An Outdated System

What do you like best about the product?
Simple but modern look. Easy to learn and even easier to use. Works in conjunction with our existing technician app. Customer support has been diligent in follow-up to issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't an exact fit for what we do so some of the processes don't function in the most ideal way. In some cases these could be tweaked but at a higher cost, in other cases they cannot. Time is counted in consecutive hours if a job is spans multiple days, unless you break the job down into smaller reoccurring jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous system was outdated and slower. Skedulo has a cleaner looking interface and is certainly faster in the time it takes to execute a process.

Good product for monitoring, not great for field usage

What do you like best about the product?
Skedulo is a good tool to see what employees are scheduled to do at a quick glance. As someone who only needs to use it in a limited manner, it is easy to navigate. It is useful for monitoring in an office setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our employees who use it in the field find it frustrating and very limiting. It is not a program that provides all of the information they need. Office employees find Skedulo does not communicate as well with other programs it is claimed to be compatible with. Finally, technical support is also something to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skedulo is supposed to be providing a paperless option for scheduling field technicians. It is useful to quickly find the current or future location of an employee out in the field.
