Easy to interface with SAP system &Easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
I just integrate with four kites portal in one of my project. And it went very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now we cannot open multiple systems simelutanously . So if that one feature will add more values
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can retrieve data from third parties through web services and API that way Jitterbit is useful to integrate with the systems.
Software with great functionalities with data migration and software configuration
What do you like best about the product?
The software is beneficial for processing larger-sized data and files and easily connects with third-party CRM and marketing platforms. The connectivity of this software with the server is fantastic. The greatest thing we realized when using this platform was the maintenance of this software is so easy and affordable for everyone. The software includes all the logical layouts for your workflow processing. Codes can be quickly mapped with this software, and even the SQL codes can be updated easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we try to import data into this software, it is sometimes hard to deploy the features on the cloud system of this software.
When the configuration process fails to be deployed, the software does not notify the user for the same; it is annoying sometimes, as so much time is wasted in this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this platform in our organization for collaborating and connecting with companies and even with our employees, so its automation tools help us for sending and exporting larger-sized files any time to our clients; this process and tools save a lot of our time which my team members are utilizing for planning for the betterment of our company.
Great functionality for collaborating with new channels
What do you like best about the product?
All the running projects and the workflow in your organization can be easily monitored, controlled and managed quickly and accurately without any errors. Everything and every operation for handling your work can be done with the Jitterbit software. Its UI is so unique and attractive. Updates for this software are available frequently, and you will be notified about every update via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when tracking any project which includes larger-sized photos in it, the processing speed of the software gets affected, and the system logs a little time. In the cloud studio of this software, some bugs are present, affecting the system's processing speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this software to migrate larger files and data from one server to another in just a few clicks, and the software is helping to transfer the data more quickly. All my employees and I are happy using this software as it has saved a lot of time and made some time for doing other improtant work.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole process, from initial project scoping, through onboarding, to the deployment of our first project, has been excellent. Initial scoping and trial experience was second to none.
Jitterbit were able to assist in providing project proof of concept and a detailed trial (with fantastic support) to demonstrate the value of the platform.
Once onboarded, the support was still rapid and plentiful and allowed us to accelerate our project timescales and receive an immediate return on investment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing fell short of our expectations, and they have frequently been exceeded. Jitterbit is a very responsive and eager to wow organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditionally we would spend considerable time and effort building API connections and developing data consumption within our organisation.
Jitterbit's solution has streamlined this process and allowed us to implement at-interface business process logic.
The almost point-and-click approach offered makes the development of API consumption an administrative task rather than requiring the more costly time of developers as technical arcitechs.
The pre-built connectors only accelerate and simplify this task further.

Working with the team at Vinyl has been a refreshing experience!
What do you like best about the product?
To say the team at VINYL is patient and knowledgeable is an understatement. We haven't fully launched the new system VINYL has been building for our company. However, the demos have been impressive, and I look forward to our continued relationship with VINYL.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenge faced during this initial experience is related to understanding what we do as a business. We work in a specific niche of the financial industry, so it is hard to fully understand it within a short period. VINYL did their best to make suggestions from their point of view, which added value in most instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are behind the times with our systems. Much of the work we perform is done manually, which is inefficient. VINYL will increase the amount of automation we have in operations and allow us to repurpose our talent to tasks that will drive our company forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit is very good at enabling tools to communicate. It is very time saving for a massive enterprise such as EnerSys.

Jitterbit agents updates are inevitable, but can come with issues.

Jitterbit is saving us a lot of time and avoiding some duplicates errors.

Jitterbit needs to improve Technical Support team. It's a really slow process and it seems that they don't know much about their own product like previous team members.

The user does not need to understand programming or coding. It saves time to train the non-experience user.

Changing the name while searching for BO's within the same page renames the actual object.

Ease of development and navigation, deployment and immediate access via the IDE Run are great features for instant verification of our development process.
Flexible and produce results.
What do you like best about the product?
We tend to provide non-technical instruction of what we would like to offer or include in our new portal. The VINYL team is always able to translate this into something actionable and develop something very close to our original vision.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have not been able to use and test the VINYL platform enough to give adequate constructive criticism. I would love to see faster development of new feature requests; however, I feel this is in part due to our team's disorganization with requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplicity. We currently face many challenges due to the lack of connectivity between our platforms and the difficulty of updating and improving our current client portal. VYNIL will be a significant tool in providing self-service abilities to our client base.
