Amazing support with a fast turn around activation time
What do you like best about the product?
During the consideration phase, the Jitterbit sales team supported us with a thorough scoping of the project. Not only focusing on selling a software, but truly finding a solution to our problem. After the purchase, everything went very smoothly, with the integration being implemented exactly as intended.
I also really appreciated their execution support on building the solution we needed in the Harmony Platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have just implemented the solution and all has been running well, so nothing to mention here at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jitterbit to enrich Salesforce Pardot with Google Analytics data. The goal is to optimize demanda generation tracking and reporting.

The middleware works OK when running. Min scheduled time of 15min which is OK but could be better. It does the job when working

I wish they would offer better support to clients outside USA and CA timezones

What do you like best about the product?
Perfect software for syncing multiple marketing channels in a business to increase sales. All the functionalities are so comprehensive and handy. Makes your workflow for completing any task in lesser time with great accuracy. The software helps you track and manage all projects and ongoing work efficiently from any device. Its project management feature keeps all your office and project data managed and arranged properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few bugs are seen in this platform while using it; due to these bugs, the workflow is affected by decreasing speed. This starts taking more and more time to complete the tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software helped us manage and track all the commerce sites and marketing channels for our business sales. Connected this software with our CRM, Marketing systems for intuitively gathering and managing data. Even we can migrate files and documents on any server with the help of this platform. Everything is fully encrypted and secured.
Most intuitive platform for collaborating and transferring data
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent and helpful software for data management and file transaction processes. Connecting with other CRM and marketing tools will be easier with this tool as it provides many valuable and unique features. Its drag-and-drop part is fantastic and saves a lot of time importing and uploading documents or files. Mapping documents have been accessible with this platform. It is a cloud-based platform that can be accessed anytime from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
When importing or uploading big-sized documents or files, the software lags a little bit, and even the performance or workflow speed of the software gets affected. The troubleshooting feature sometimes does not work on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating this software with all our systems, accounts and CRM platform for generating and sharing official documentation like invoices, bills, quotations, and others. Data management has become easy in our organization after we started using this platform. Assigning tasks and being connected with my team members and sharing updates and documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit is my first integration tool that I came to learn during my job. It was easy to learn and Jitterbit support team provided a great support when I have any query. The sessions that are held to learn are great knowledge provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the tutorial provides very basic knowledge. But when we have to use some plugins or integrate IDoc to jitterbit. It didn't helped very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit is helping to connect SAP ERP, Product vision as a middleware to meet the business applications. API services and monitoring for jitterbit projects helpful by using the Jitterbit cloud studio.

I just integrate with four kites portal in one of my project. And it went very smooth.

As of now we cannot open multiple systems simelutanously . So if that one feature will add more values

We can retrieve data from third parties through web services and API that way Jitterbit is useful to integrate with the systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is beneficial for processing larger-sized data and files and easily connects with third-party CRM and marketing platforms. The connectivity of this software with the server is fantastic. The greatest thing we realized when using this platform was the maintenance of this software is so easy and affordable for everyone. The software includes all the logical layouts for your workflow processing. Codes can be quickly mapped with this software, and even the SQL codes can be updated easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we try to import data into this software, it is sometimes hard to deploy the features on the cloud system of this software.
When the configuration process fails to be deployed, the software does not notify the user for the same; it is annoying sometimes, as so much time is wasted in this.

We are using this platform in our organization for collaborating and connecting with companies and even with our employees, so its automation tools help us for sending and exporting larger-sized files any time to our clients; this process and tools save a lot of our time which my team members are utilizing for planning for the betterment of our company.

All the running projects and the workflow in your organization can be easily monitored, controlled and managed quickly and accurately without any errors. Everything and every operation for handling your work can be done with the Jitterbit software. Its UI is so unique and attractive. Updates for this software are available frequently, and you will be notified about every update via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when tracking any project which includes larger-sized photos in it, the processing speed of the software gets affected, and the system logs a little time. In the cloud studio of this software, some bugs are present, affecting the system's processing speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this software to migrate larger files and data from one server to another in just a few clicks, and the software is helping to transfer the data more quickly. All my employees and I are happy using this software as it has saved a lot of time and made some time for doing other improtant work.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole process, from initial project scoping, through onboarding, to the deployment of our first project, has been excellent. Initial scoping and trial experience was second to none.
Jitterbit were able to assist in providing project proof of concept and a detailed trial (with fantastic support) to demonstrate the value of the platform.
Once onboarded, the support was still rapid and plentiful and allowed us to accelerate our project timescales and receive an immediate return on investment.

Nothing fell short of our expectations, and they have frequently been exceeded. Jitterbit is a very responsive and eager to wow organisation.

Traditionally we would spend considerable time and effort building API connections and developing data consumption within our organisation.
Jitterbit's solution has streamlined this process and allowed us to implement at-interface business process logic.
The almost point-and-click approach offered makes the development of API consumption an administrative task rather than requiring the more costly time of developers as technical arcitechs.
The pre-built connectors only accelerate and simplify this task further.

What do you like best about the product?
To say the team at VINYL is patient and knowledgeable is an understatement. We haven't fully launched the new system VINYL has been building for our company. However, the demos have been impressive, and I look forward to our continued relationship with VINYL.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenge faced during this initial experience is related to understanding what we do as a business. We work in a specific niche of the financial industry, so it is hard to fully understand it within a short period. VINYL did their best to make suggestions from their point of view, which added value in most instances.

We are behind the times with our systems. Much of the work we perform is done manually, which is inefficient. VINYL will increase the amount of automation we have in operations and allow us to repurpose our talent to tasks that will drive our company forward.
