Only positive experience with Jitterbit!
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit solution fit perfectly with our integration usecases in Salesforce and Quickbase platforms. Jitterbit team helped in every step of our customized implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
With private agents, expect some complexity with installation and software updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integration across multiple cloud platforms was made extremely simple by Jitterbit.
well done
What do you like best about the product?
Very well-designed user interface. Ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model, which restricts your customer business growth instead of promoting it.

Data exchange between multiple systems
Arkion Life Sciences
What do you like best about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integrating with our internet sales accounts
Jitterbit has enabled the business to unlock changes at lightning speed
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit provides an amazing middleware solution that is easy to use and makes changes and management super easy. They have great technical support to help with integration architecture and design. There is almost nothing that Jitterbit can't do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jitterbit does not provide the best capabilities for file transfer. This is sometimes needed when consuming data. For instance, I have one task where I need to decrypt an xlsx file provided to me by a financial institution. The steps to do that are not as intuitive. Not sure if it's even possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leverage Jitterbit to pass and transform data to and from our disparate business systems. We leverage the Salesforce Connector and then rely on standard XML/JSON request/response structures for our integrations between Salesforce and SAP and between SAP and our 3PL.
Accelerator in Robust Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Extensible data integration capability; Flexible and dynamic app builder. We were able to build an app that provided more capabilities and functionality in just 3 weeks to replace a more cumbersome, expensive and less flexible technology stack. With this effort we were also able to aggregate large data sets from a number of different data sources from vaious platforms and external data providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the Vinyl platform provided for more creative design options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregated massive amount of data from a number of different data sources into intuitive insights that are easily consumable by our field teams through various platforms (desktop and mobile).
integration solution
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit is easy to use and easier to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. In three years of use I haven't had a single issue with Jitterbit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple legacy systems with poor reporting capabilities are integrated with our ERP, providing key insights to our business. This detail helps us budget and plan for the future like we have never been able to before.
Zudy/Vinyl - A wonderful app development platform that allows you to focus on building applications
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick just one thing. The training videos are first-class. Their training course teaches database design in the context of their graphical development tool, which was intuitive for me as someone who does not have a computer science degree. The training platform allows you to follow along hands-on at your own pace. The database design just makes everything else in Vinyl come together automatically. No coding. As a programmer for 20 years, I always found myself deep in the code, re-coding things I had coded many times that should not require any code. Your resulting application has a clean, fresh look that anyone would be proud of.
Vinyl includes an enterprise-grade Backend as a Service and a frontend development tool, both of which use Zudy's graphical editor that seamlessly transitions between back-end and front-end development. All of the plumbing and infrastructure is handled for you, and the front-end creation is just configuration and logic.
I looked at every no-code/low-code option on the market before going with Vinyl. They all had one of two failings:
1) All of these systems need guardrails and someone who can provide some talent to extend functionality. Some of these systems create their own language, and some are incomprehensible. Vinyl extends with C# and Javascript, which means it is easy to find someone to assist you with extending the application.
2) Every other no-code/low-code platform had prohibitive pricing. With Vinyl, you pay one price and have unlimited users and applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zudy has a strange way of marketing. It is more like word of mouth, so It's the best well-kept secret in the industry. If they had done more marketing, I would have been freed from my 3GL existence years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the travel and logistics space. Vinyl allows me to create robust applications that would have been a daunting effort in a traditional 3GL environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Low licensing fees and can compare and compete against informatic and Boomi in all features with integration and API management
What do you dislike about the product?
old Visual designer UI with windows 97 like look

reporting features ar poor with hard to analyse Ui representation
Jitterbit have delivered our Oracle Fusion Cloud integration!
What do you like best about the product?
Working with the Jitterbit team has been a great experience, both with the team and the product, so we can see that we made an excellent choice! I can see other opportunities in the business to improve efficiencies and feel confident we can achieve what we want
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that is negative; perhaps the fact that data storage for reference purposes is only available for active sessions made the design a little more complicated but has proved to only be a minor concern which we overcame without difficulty
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to integrate and process much larger transaction volumes and data loads using this tool, with minimal impact on headcount
Jitterbit is a fantastic tool to implement Salesforce with your in-house ERP Database system.
What do you like best about the product?
- Agent connection to on-premise SQL DB
- Built in tools to connect to Salesforce Database
- Built in tools to connect to Salesforce Database
What do you dislike about the product?
- The alerting as it stands right now is challenging to set up and understand. They said they're working on a solution to improve that though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Sending our Estimate/Work Order info from our on-prem ERP platform to Salesforce as open Opportunities. Also syncing out Customer's from the ERP system into Salesforce as well.
