Great platform for fast deployment!

  • August 12, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Quick data connections and UI development. Separation between the four major layers makes things clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
No comprehensive manual or site w/manual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of small but complicated projects involving several departments and vendors. So far have been able to make changes and deploy a lot easier than our in house dev team.

Lots of power with much smaller amount of effort than standard web development

What do you like best about the product?
What took us a over a year on normal dev we did in 2 months with much better results. Also the expand ability of the way the system is written is very impressive. The training videos are also very good and detailed. I really like how personable and down to earth the people are that I have worked with and that they listen to me and my needs. I have worked with a lot of other companies both big and small and Vinyl was able to cut through all of the b/s and simplify the end result. The system I am building is a very complex and hyper connected platform and so far, they have been able to deliver and I have high confidence that we will get to a satisfactory conclusion (tough bar from me)
What do you dislike about the product?
I can be really fussy with how things look and feel for my end users and for the most part Vinyl delivers. There are a few details that I prefer be better and they are working on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The goal of the system we are building will take 60 hours of paperwork and get it done in 3 hours. In order to do that we have to link many different data points with many different logic sets and variables. What many before have not been able to complete, Vinyl has and we will be able to continue to add and scale the future features and options without issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Martyn’s team.

Database driven schedules and management. Across 10+states and 300+ employees. Different time zones and complex scheduling.

Strong functionality, and great team to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
It's flexible. We haven't yet hit a transformation or integration challenge we haven't been able to address with Jitterbit.
Since moving to Harmony we haven't looked back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quick test facility is limited if you can't expose data to the cloud. Testing will be much quicker when this is cracked!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit adds value to us in four areas.
1. One-time historic data uploads where data is customised. We use templated routines and tweak and apply to other scenarios. This helps us get transition customers to our tool and get deployments up and running quickly and accurately.
2. Classic integration via flat file (often our first port of call) and API. We have built a number of template routines which we can work from and customise to specific customer requirements. We run
3. Data transformation routines to enable customer specific processes not yet supported by our product, e.g. setting conditional attributes, and performing bespoke calculations.

Incredible product supported by a great team

  • July 19, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The endless features and platform capability that is intuitive. Jitterbit's platform dramatically simplifies the implementation of complex integration projects, reducing the initial time to deliver and making ongoing updates/maintenance far simpler than pure code-based integration solutions.

The customer support and professional service teams have been a pleasure to deal with when blocked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation can be a little hard to follow at times. Needs to include more practical examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the enterprise space, I am yet to come across an organisation that does not require some form of integration. The use of Jitterbit makes connecting important business systems that much more accessible to an array of IT professionals. This adds huge value to our customers business workflow.

Jitterbit ETL Middleware for ERP Integration & further systems or database endpoints

  • July 07, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interaction of the graphical modeling and programming of the integration is very harmonious. A simplified Jitterbit own script language can be used here, or alternatively JavaScript.

Customer Success passionately supports partners and customers in achieving their goals.

Thank you for that
What do you dislike about the product?
Password reset only via the web interface and like every application it may hang and ask for a restart ^^
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ETL solution enabled us to reliably integrate the Salesforce platform in the context of a company fusion and the associated introduction of a new ERP system.

Jitterbit is also ideally suited for our future plans to integrate additional systems or database endpoints into the new system landscape.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very good price-performance ratio compared to similar solutions on the market

Makes my life easy

  • July 06, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We spent the time learning and setting up jitterbit in our salesforce instance and haven't had to revisit for anything. No issues, errors, etc. It's been running smoothly in the background without issues for the year we've had it set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is pretty spartan in nature, so that could be tough for some users but I do know they do have their new Cloud Studio which has a revamped UI which looks way easier to digest. We are currently working to transition to Cloud Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are pushing information from our back-end SQL database to Salesforce so our customer service team has all answers available to them in one place automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit allowed us to quickly integrate solutions,
We have made our 3PL, ecommerce and netsuite working together in days.
Support is very reactive and very professionnal (the response time is usually 1 hour)
The ability to create an REST interface in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop interface could be refreshed with newer technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jitterbit, due to our non centralized system, we used to have duplicated data, non updated informations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
do not hesitate to ask the support and the community

Neat and complete, low-code integration solution

  • June 21, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit university, tech talks and their success community, dramatically lower the barrier to entry. Low-code development reduces our time to design and build integration patterns, before we migrate through to testing and production environments. Beyond initial setup and deployment, we rely heavily upon the versatile cloud-based monitoring and error-handling capabilities. Jitterpaks have transformed and guided our integration development policy and roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to fault. Their team are always responsive to our use case and evolving requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting multiple sources of data from partner systems, Jitterbit has essentially provided a means of developing a common data model. Robust, fail-safe, integration patterns accelerate onboarding of new partners and squash errors that creep into the system overtime.

Connecting all part of our business

  • June 18, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Jitterbit is. We use it to connect our six stores that run on two different POS/inventory management systems that are very industry specific to our NetSuite ERP. Jitterbit helps out data flow seamlessly from our stores back to our headquarters for almost real time analysis. We are able to bring over line item detail from every transactions from each of our stores with the help of Jitterbit. Before Jitterbit, all of our sales information was entered through a journal entry, so instead of manual entries open to error, everything come over automatically.

I also really like how easy it is to use. The professional services team helped us set up our integrations, where I worked alongside them to learn how everything functioned. Now I am able to maintain and create new integrations whenever we decide we want to bring in more data to NetSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few, if any, dislikes. Jitterbit offers online training, has a pretty extensive resources available online, and I've never had an issue getting our rep or someone in pro services on a call to work through any questions/issues I've had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jitterbit, sales details were input into NetSuite via a journal entry for all six of our stores. Ideally, I would have liked to used NetSuite for everything, but our POS systems for our stores is very industry specific, so we opted to integrate everything via Jitterbit. So now, instead of doing a journal entry that shows total sales and payments for each store, each day, we have full invoices and their related payments coming across to NetSuite. The great thing about this, is when we open up two more stores later this year, all we have to do is add them to our database and Jitterbit should do the rest, no additional headcount required in our back office.
