Jitterbit product review

  • June 10, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team has a quick response time. I generally get my issues solved in a week. Once we had a high priority issue where three of the jitterbit team members worked with us for four hours continuously. The development console is intuitive and can be trained easily. Jitterbit has custom integrations with various apps such as BOX and harmony.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking for an option to join data from multiple sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit is easy to implement to integrate native database to Salesforce. It has helped in automating process. Using scheduler and error logging features, we have reduced the manual monitoring and user errors.

Easy and power data insert and extraction tool with seamless Salesforce integration

  • June 08, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to get up and running. They provide a free version which is powerful enough to get started with most integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the product does exactly what it is advertised to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit allows me to keep Salesforce sync'd with Production systems. This allows for data integration without heavy lifting and users are happy that all data is available in Salesforce

Salesforce & GP Integration

  • May 31, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the integration tools within the solution and having used Data Cloud Loader (free Solution) for while we new the value on the paid solution would be there. I definitely recommend the Data Cloud Loader as great starting points and achieve lot with a awesome free solution, system basic functions and data transfer can be achieved.

We have then moved to the API and more complexed integration with Microsoft on premise GP platform hosing internal operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more hands on guides when on-boarded. Even though we have had the solution documentation and University to learn as method to speed the process of providing value a more detailed on-boarding would be beneficial for some .

However, if time is not such a pressing problem the university and documentation are done in great format and teams can certainly pick the the basic scenarios and experiment from there by trial and error in most cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the data transfer between a modern cloud only platform such as Salesforce and provided the necessary operational data to legacy on-premise system such as Microsoft Dynamics GP
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a robust and valuable solution if you have the requirements beyond Jitterbit Data Cloud Loader. it is recommend to try that out and see the solution in free mode which is certainly great calue for money and can deliver a lot for free solution.
Once paid the sky in the limit and empower the internal integrations to be done by click and at very fast rate in my experience.

Reliable Service & Great Team

  • May 26, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy working with the team. They are always very helpful and make sure they are constantly in reach.
They do focus on the customer first and find solutions that are best for us and our end users
What do you dislike about the product?
Really hard to find something I dislike. Coming up blank..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving multiple items with VINYL. By using VINYL we have found a way to make our technology that has been around over 20+ years actually make it a commercial solution
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be an easy to use system. Keep it simple and enjoy the amount that VINYL has to offer.

Quickly implement reliable system integrations

  • May 25, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit allows you to efficiently implement system integrations between any parties, allowing you to focus more on the information you need to share between different systems rather than the underlying, low level issues that often occur in the process. Thanks to the great amount of talks and example integrations and implementations, the kickstart phase timing is greatly reduced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first approach to the software might need some time to grasp the basic thought process that goes behind Jitterbit's logic. However, thanks to the vast amount of example packs, talks and an extensive documentation, information on how to proceed is easy enough to find, allowing you to keep progressing towards your integration scopes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System integrations between complex inventory and sales management software and business intelligence platforms are greatly simplified, allowing to focus on the business data that needs to be shared rather than on the complexities of the underlying applications.

With Zudy we are creating powerful apps in a fraction of the time!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Support. This company has great support! Coupling that with an intuitive easy to use platform, our staff has fallen in love with Vinyl.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is it necessary to dislike something about a great tool? We really don't have any real dislikes about Vinyl. Each upgrade gives us more capabilities than we could have ever dreamed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, Time and Time. The reason we are using a no code platform is to enable faster development for complicated applications on multiple platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think out of the box. Think simple and effective as opposed to complicated and difficult. Think fun and not drudgery. Think friendly great support and not "I hate to call those people"! Think doing more with less. Think Vinyl.

Good low code framework for applications

  • May 21, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Form/page design is very intuitive and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some inconsistencies based on display resolution (some grid views will truncate columns rather than provide horizontal scroll bars). Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to create database views from within the IDE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to build apps that fill in the gaps that aren't covered by our ERP system.

Amazing tool!

  • May 21, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The challenge at the business level is the IT can build things, but they don't understand the business need/intent/problem. The Vinyl team not only has the tool, but the people to partner to provide the business what they need that provides better data and frees up workload for executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is all positive from our side - no negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Where our oversold issues are with Amazon and what the opportunity is
2. Weekly orders by account/sales people going from a very manual process to a very simple automated self serve portal. Terrific.

Outstanding product with outstanding support

  • April 23, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The granular level of customization we can do, the reporting we can do, the huge amount of ETLs we ask of it, and the stability of the product. I can't think of one incident assigned to my team as a "jitterbit issue" that has actually turned out to be related to jitterbit- it always ends up being the integrated system. The jitterbit premier support team is top notch too. I have put (non-critical) support tickets in only to have them responded to in an hour or two. They will setup a webex and look into your issue, and unlike most support services out there, I've never heard them say "thats a (other platform) issue. go contact their support". They really invest in actually solving the issue. I have no interest in looking at other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly sat here for 5 minutes trying to think and I cant come up with anything. I dont know- make it free?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first we just built it to integrate financial systems with ops and some reporting systems. Now we are growing into a much more mature scalable setup with seperation of layers (service, application) and combining resources.

Great EDI Integration Alternative

  • April 14, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Combination of features and ease of use that allows rapid development, testing and release of EDI integrations.

The simplicity of creating translations and the availability of out of the box connectors to popular platforms is also a plus for Jitterbit.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be refreshed with newer technologies, and documentation on some plug-ins could be a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrate with our customers and entire supply chain via EDI communications. Jitterbit provides the translation engine that makes it possible for us to create and maintain those integrations internally, making both faster to integrate and more cost effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage demos, speak to existing customers, and align requirements with feature set as part of the evaluation process.
