Quickly transforming businesses with no-code apps
What do you like best about the product?
As a non developer, vinyl software is very easy to use. We are creating apps in short spaces of time compared to the months and months some coded apps take. Zudy also provide us with support from all pages we are working on and encourage us to suggest new features we would like to see in new versions of Vinyl. In addition to this, new features are being added all the time and you can use the provided 'wiki' to learn more about them and how to use them.
Vinyl also allows the development team to work remotely using collaborative development as it is accessed online. This means multiple developers can work on it at the same time and any changes made will immediately be available to the other developers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation currently has to be done manually so it can take up some of the developers 'developing' time. Providing this is done along side the development documentation should be thorough and the client will have opportunities to approve of this regularly, at their convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As far as I have seen there is a solution to everything with Vinyl. as long as you have the required data. The client should be open with the consultant as to what they want to see in their app and by working together you can achieve the app you envisioned.

If you want to transform the way your business functions, talk to a consultant about it. Have ideas about where you want your business s now and where you want it to be after the process is complete.

What do you like best about the product?
Vinyl has the ability to quickly connect to many different data sources and other services. This allows information from disparate systems to be presented easily in one place and enables integration with any number of legacy or third-party systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, the front-end page design look and feel wasn't quite as customizeable as desired. However, new capabilities are added with every framework upgrade, and the ability to easily apply themes and design aesthetics is constantly improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Vinyl, we've gotten to minimum viable product for applications in a couple months instead of 12+ months! That has allowed us to replace legacy systems which didn't grow with our business and which limited our responsiveness to change. Some of these include new apps for:
- Managing custom "Made to Measure" garment orders
- Garment Alteration management
- In-Store Task Management
- Enhanced In-Store Item Inquiry
With Vinyl, we've been able to respond to changing demands of the business with new apps and updates to apps in weeks or months instead of years.

In order to get the most from Vinyl, I'd recommend engaging the vendor and your business with a team that's responsive to change and capable of inspiring this in others. With much of the traditional software development life cycle rigidity removed, we need to bring others down the fast lane with us as we move ahead.
Developer-Free Integration
What do you like best about the product?
We've been on the Jitterbit platform for integrations with NetSuite for just over two years.
I can't say enough about the capabilities we've been able to use to simplify our workflows, speed up syncing between platforms and ultimately provide the experience we expect to deliver to our customers. All without having to have full-time developers on staff or on call. our BA's are able to set up and maintain the integrations without in-house delvoeper.
The available training resources and access to the Jitterbit team have ensured that we have had ZERO days down related to integrations since go-live in January of 2018!
We looked at other integration platforms and found Jitterbit to fit our needs the best when we weighed cost, support, and flexibility.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've done integrations from our non-API Ecomm platform, multiple other non-ERP environments that we need to have real-time connection and updates with NetSuite and the platform, along with some email to order integrations that do ETL.
We've been able to automate quickly (Days, not weeks) with the open API platforms, without having to outsource to expensive developers.

Best Integration platform between SQL DB and our SalesForce
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit makes integration with Salesforce easy. I've been using Jitterbit for almost a year now and everything works smooth.
The mapping interface is the BEST. Scheduled operations very helpfull. Support team is very responsive and willing to spend extra time helping you solve issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit makes integrating with Salesforce.com easy. I have been using the product for years at various companies and have yet to find an ETL that makes the integration process as smooth.
The point click interface makes the data mapping available to non-developers and there are many built in transformation formulas that will allow you to complete necessary transformations (ex. If incoming data value = x, then 'y', etc). The success and error handling options provide confidence your scheduled operations are running smoothly and help administrators/users troubleshoot and correct errors quickly. We were able to get an integration with our SQL database completed, including testing, within a couple of hours.
Their customer service team is responsive and willing to spend time helping you solve issues as needed and the price point is competitive.

Nocode Platform Which Is Helpful To Understand Quickly And Develop The Application for business

I like the product more than the services from the Zudy. Also there is good coordination in the services as well. They are well supported during the implementation and development phases.
Few points from my view in terms of product :
1. Ease of configuration - able to get it quickly and iterate on a working product. It is a great platform to take processes that are manual reports.

1. Slightly they can do better visualization for SQL queries like tables, view and joins

We have experienced the sales and purchase order issue in POS system which is impacted the realtime inventory and orders in the warehouse,but it get sorted out after migrated to vinyl .It is handling easily all the data together to populate the information in UI without having performance issue

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that to integrate different system/source in a single page and have simple visualization to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
VINYL is good platform to work with. Nothing much to point out. If there is one for a feedback - If there is a provision to add 'AND' in the SQL query instead of creating whole new business object, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using VINYL we have integrated different systems to have collective information in a single page for inventory management and can view near by store's inventory and place the merchandise.

There are few limitation I have come across using Cloud Agent Over Private Agent

Replacing existing interfaces and building new interfaces between different systems with one tool for high availability and less dependency

Great Product, Great Service!
What do you like best about the product?
It works! We've been using Jitterbit about 3 years now and I still thoroughly enjoy the product. I think what I like best is the modular approach which has saved me tons of time with maintenance and process changes we've needed to make over the years. The service has been great too. Has always been responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't come up with something I dislike. Documentation was helpful and I referred to it quite often to learn the Jitterbit scripting language and the on-boarding training classes helped us get up and running quite quickly. Licensing by endpoint can get tricky, but Jitterbit has proved to be very accommodating and understanding of our needs and business practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jitterbit in a plethora of ways... To sync and move data between Oracle and Salesforce (both ways), to connect to another systems API interface and pull data into our data lake, to pickup files dropped off from various vendors for us to ingest, and to stock our Data Lake with data from various places. We have realized 50% faster load times, 75% less time spent on maintenance process changes, and wide adoption across our institution.
