Best Integration Tool and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The Ability to conenct with diffrent enviroemtn, Building APIs and integrations faster using reusable Component.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few limitation I have come across using Cloud Agent Over Private Agent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing existing interfaces and building new interfaces between different systems with one tool for high availability and less dependency

It is very easy to learn and provide greater functionality to connect the world. Jitterbit helps businesses make faster, more effective decisions by enabling them to unify and exploit data from all sources. Cloud based tool provides high Availability and better Reliability
Great Product, Great Service!
What do you like best about the product?
It works! We've been using Jitterbit about 3 years now and I still thoroughly enjoy the product. I think what I like best is the modular approach which has saved me tons of time with maintenance and process changes we've needed to make over the years. The service has been great too. Has always been responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't come up with something I dislike. Documentation was helpful and I referred to it quite often to learn the Jitterbit scripting language and the on-boarding training classes helped us get up and running quite quickly. Licensing by endpoint can get tricky, but Jitterbit has proved to be very accommodating and understanding of our needs and business practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jitterbit in a plethora of ways... To sync and move data between Oracle and Salesforce (both ways), to connect to another systems API interface and pull data into our data lake, to pickup files dropped off from various vendors for us to ingest, and to stock our Data Lake with data from various places. We have realized 50% faster load times, 75% less time spent on maintenance process changes, and wide adoption across our institution.
Powerful integration tool with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is much better than some of the other integration tools that we've tried. The community around this product is very helpful and willing to share. There are plenty of examples to get you going.
What do you dislike about the product?
This could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on your perspective, but updates come very rapidly. It's great that they're making improvements, but sometimes it makes it difficult to keep up. Updates come at a rate of 3 to 4 per quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're integrating NetSuite, Dynamics CRM, and SQL databases. Because of the success we've seen with some of the initial jobs we created, we've got several integration projects lined up that will save countless man-hours and eliminate nearly all opportunity for order errors.

Flexibility - global/project variables for simplified management of data needed in multiple places. Import/Export ability between projects and environments.
Robust - Cloud agent always online, great error reporting - customizable to show as much detail as you need, browser and desktop Studio apps. Can run multiple instances/different versions of studio on one PC.

What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst prebuilt connectors are very helpful, can feel overwhelming to a beginner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vastly improved error handling for data transmission. Full audit trail. Easy to copy and customise projects reduce cost of future endpoint implementations.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit will reduce a lot of integration headaches for us, as it's amazing functionality enables us to get all the data that we need from platforms into our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike about it. It looks like it has everything we need as a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit allows us to streamline integrations between our clients' CRMs and our system - this means less work for us trying to figure out how to get all the data we need, less time getting the integration done, and happier clients.

If you're looking for a solution that enables you to obtain data from other systems to integrate with yours, then I recommend looking at Jitterbit because of the depth and breadth of functionality available.

Ease of use and support from Jitterbit team. The ability to connect with internal made programs and still hold onto the ease of use factor.

We are solving issues with migrating data from our CRM system over to NetSuite. The benefits have been the time and money saved integrated these types of processes.

For most companies the ROI is going to be large!

What do you like best about the product?
The relative ease of use has allowed our team to quickly learn and implement integrations from our core systems of record. We're regularly finding ways to solve problems and provide answers using Jitterbit. When we first started using Jitterbit, our team found it easy to use. However, when we ventured into our first complex project, we decided to utilized Jitterbit's professional services team to assist us. The experience was positive one. Since the very beginning, we've always been pleased with Jitterbit's training, support and professional services. Fortunately we came up to speed quickly and were able to move forward on our own. However, it's reassuring to know that Jitterbit's support team is ready and willing to help when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Jitterbit. We found that there was a bit of a learning curve, especially since this was our first integration platform / iPaaS but it wasn't difficult and certainly not complex. We've found that someone with basic sql skills was easily able to become proficient with Jitterbit. Someone with no previous sql or other database experience may have a more difficult time with it. With relatively little time, we were already able to certify one of our employees on the Jitterbit platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating our systems of record with our systems of engagement has been the greatest benefit. We've been able to improve the productivity of teams that are the recipients of our newly integrated data. We're continuously able to provide new insights using data that was previously decentralized.
Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I had an issue with our API settings ad they were fixed within the same day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setting should have been caught during setup.

Integrations to multiple systems, very easy to scale and use.
An indispensable tool for integrating Salesforce with our systems
What do you like best about the product?
The visual design mixed with ability to customize with scripts makes allows integration to be as detailed as you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an initial learning curve with both the GUI and the scripting language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary usage for Jitterbit is syncing and transforming data with different systems.
Jitterbit has been essential to my Salesforce Team
What do you like best about the product?
We have the studio but the dataloader has been sufficient enough until we transfer all of our integration files over. It allows for transformation and load of massive files with little to no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a little confused initially because changing a transformation or login that is linked to one load can affect another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to do massive data loads as part of integration with SAP. This allows us to dump and reload up to 4 million records daily to show updated sales information to our users.

Jitterbit is a really robust tool. Both the data loader and the studio versions.
