Speed, Flexibility and Business Empowerment Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Vinyl's speed to deploy really amazed our business. We went from a rough concept to Pilot program very quickly (weeks). It was flexible enough to meet all of our business requirements and we were able to gain efficiency that saved us time and resources along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buy in and involvement from the Business up front is key. This can be very difficult but will pay dividends in the long run. Customized user guides would also be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vinyl solved two main problems for us; Capacity and resourcing. Originally, we used an outdated platform that had limited scalability, flexibility and required our IT department involvement to run the day to day business. Once the full transition to Vinyl was completed, we were able to increase our output with 1/2 of the resources (none IT) in the same amount of time. This platform empowered the business to meet and exceed customers expectation without requiring the usual drawn out IT processes and implementation. We are now working to implementing this tool across our full business unit.

Quick and Innovative solutions that improves daily processes.....

What do you like best about the product?
I manage the Vinyl portfolio at my company and I have grown to become very impressed with the quickness of implementations, quality of applications and the attentive customer service from the Zudy project team. The numerous applications we have implemented has proven to enhance the quality of work and improve efficiencies, which are key results from automating operational processes and reducing resource hours and efforts. It helps that the Zudy team follows a standard process for implementing projects, enhancements and quick fixes. This has allowed us to hit our timeline in an efficient way and ensure transparency with those involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Financially, the implementations are pretty costly but you would have to consider the quality of work produced and improvements made overtime. I would recommend an ROI analysis to ensure you're getting the "bang for your buck".

In addition too, the Vinyl implementations have questioned our internal abilities to deliver quick and quality products within our own IT Department. It's pretty difficult to compare "apples to oranges" / "no-code apps to configurable apps" so it's necessary to explain the difference often. This is an opportunity to learn from Zudy and implement some best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What business problems are we not solving! We are nearing two years since we have collaborated with Zudy. Since then, we have implemented about 10 applications along with many improvements and quick fixes. As time goes on, more and more business users learn about "Vinyl" and/or "Zudy", they hear about the amazing work delivered and the improvements our internal and external customers experienced. We are seeing many benefits across multiple departments – people are catching on and want a piece of it.

Simple yet powerful tool for Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it really easy to query, update, upset, delete, etc., our company's Salesforce data, plus the mapping feature is useful. It's secure since not only you have to use your Salesforce credentials but also a token generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the way of naming the files, sometimes you get confused as to where the file got saved and under what name, but that really is not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass data updates including deleting, inserting, importing and exporting Salesforce records.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sure there are other similar tools out there for data management/manipulation but Jitterbit is very simple yet secure. Good enough for what we need it here in the company.

My go to ETL Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Three things: (1) I love being able to transform the data in the mapping stage and (2) I love that I can schedule and deploy reoccurring projects. (3) I love that unlike the apex data loader (which just allows you to save the mapping), Jiterbit saves the ENTIRE project from login to run, so you are only one click away from a rerun of a job. I love to set it and forget it! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the success and error files could have better naming conventions and the ability to choose where they are saved. I wished the mapping page had both the names and the labels for the Salesforce fields. I wish it had a progress bar to show how many records had been processed (either a count or a percent would be nice). But these are minor issues, I really love the tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many!!! One example... we have a Salesforce custom object that has a very limited shelf life (less than 90 days) and then it becomes clutter. So I set up a query/delete combo that purges these records that were last modified more than 90 days ago automatically on a weekly basis.

I also use it as my goto SOQL query because of it declarative interface. I click on the fields I want and it adds them to the logic. This is great for those who only know enough SOQL to be dangerous. :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to take your questions to the Success community... they are very responsive to posts. I've never had to wait more than a day for an answer.

What do you like best about the product?
Their experience and service is amazing. They were extremely easy to deal with both when we had concerns arise to their sales team to their success team. They have made both the evaluation process and us getting off the ground as easy as it could be. Their customer service deserves repeating. It has been amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any experience with Jitterbit that has made our organization unhappy. They have delivered the product they promised and when a small concern arose they jumped on it with amazing customer service to get to the bottom of it and provide options and solutions to our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations with other systems. From internal FTP to Database to external web services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They are easy to deal with and when you are considering their service they will demo your situation specifically.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit is a great tool we have utilized for years to synchronization mass amounts of data from our legacy systems to our Salesforce org quickly and efficiently. With the release of Jitterbit Harmony, we were able to use the new functionality to bring data from multiple sources into our Einstein Analytics tool and created in-depth dashboards. Our teams are able to make strategic decisions to streamline and grow our business in new and inventive ways without having to hop in and out of multiple systems like never before.

Our Jitterbit team is amazing. We have a wonderful Customer success manager in Taylor and our Architects and System support are incredibly knowledgeable and make it easy for even the newest member of the team to understand the system benefits and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
As user friendly and flexible as Jitterbit is, a single comma can cause an error fail. Once you narrow in on the specific problem, it's easy to remedy. Otherwise, we love the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synchronization of data from a legacy system into our Salesforce org. We were also able to bring data into our Einstein Analytics dashboards that allow our Sales and Marketing teams to improve our Strategic relationships and Business decisions. It has been great for company.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit, as a tool, has helped us synchronize data between NetSuite and Salesforce seamlessly. We have synchronized Customer, License , Contract and Sales order data so far!. This really helped streamline our business.
Our customer success manager, Taylor Cunningham is amazing,. She is always reaching out to us and sending us information on training, new features/releases that we can benefit from and leverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a tool, I don't have anything negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Jitterbit to transfer data from one system to another, so we are solving the problem of duplicating data and removing the risk of having 2 different data sets. We

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reuse parts from procedures easily for different projects and the easy to understand UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logic around conditions is kinda hard to visualize.

All of our data integrations into Salesforce from varied sources are run through Jitterbit. Able to move a lot of data quickly and reliably.
