What do you like best about the product?
Was easy to learn to set up my stations, talent, and shows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales not fully engaged yet, so many "pending" requests linger
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
comprehensive tracking of endorsement requests and campaigns to avoid conflicts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
be comprehensive in setting up the info, make sure every one is trained fully and is engaged!

What do you like best about the product?
Station details and information - all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
no complaints - It's easy to use but not used daily because we are such a small market. We have 5 stations and a total of 6 jocks it's just more convenient to ask them if they want to do an endorsement when we are practically sitting next to each other all day. I can see how this would be beneficial in a larger marketed or advertising in multi markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time on scheduling meetings.

this is an extra tool in my very busy day

all requests can be added, deleted and managed in a relatively short time frame.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Vinyl platform especially for endorsements. I can see what's sold what's not and I can continue to move at a fast pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The beginning stages of getting on is a small challenge but over all great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all Talent bios are in one place and the categories are available to see to avoid conflict.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to closed old endorsements or help sales reps enter endorsements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales reps are able to search for talent and see category conflict.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pay close attention in the trainings. It can be very difficult to use if you don't know what you are doing. Also, if you are a talent manager, make sure you have plenty of time set aside to set up each talent.

The possibilities it could provide. Its info all in one source.

That it is not used in a proper function so it adds to the work and doesn't replace our previous process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does help have 1 place to go to see if there are conflicts, check availability, get bio.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use...gives lots of info about personalities outside your market and lets you know which markets that some of your local talent may be in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the sorting of information can be streamlines a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to know the cost for outside endorsers as well as who they are reaching marketwise

Good for finding endorsers outside your market

What do you like best about the product?
It has a good purpose. It can be used to see if their are any conflicting endorsements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has way to many clicks and the AEs get upset about how long it take to create a submission. Also, many times it says their is a category conflict, when their isn't. This creates confusion for both me ( the talent manager) and the AE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Category conflicts. What the talent is open to endorse and what they are not.

Much Better System than the one we had in place

What do you like best about the product?
Not sure how other companies are implementing Vinyl bu we use it as a way to keep track of radio endorsement campaigns. By using Vinyl sales reps can see what each jock has for current endorsements and if they're client would be a good fit for them. This is a much better system to have in place than the one we had prior
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, after using it to the extent that I have there doesn't seem to be any serious issues. At times it runs a little slow on our server but that more than likely is not Vinyl's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing us with much better organization when it comes to our endorsement campaigns. We can view what each of our jocks currently is doing for endorsements by a click of a button versus reaching out via email. Everything is recorded and on Vinyl.
