What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting helps my team move exceptionally fast when capturing feedback directly from real people, which helps our company make better decisions and save time and money. Additionally, every single employee - from the education team to customer success to executives - is incredibly smart, kind, and eager to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is a bit outdated in its interface and capabilities but they are consistently implementing new features and actively working to release a product overhaul with new capabilities!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly finding relevant participants for research and learning projects, helping us reach niche audiences (at times), and helping us build empathy with our customers. We undoubtedly save time on our projects (some now taking a day or less), money as we are opting to not build products/features or can build them better, and resources as team members can support more projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to help uncover problems that we have with our websites that we thought were great in terms of usability and overall customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to set up tests within our team since we aren't the experts. We need a. It more help leaving everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's showing us how users use our products and web pages. Our developers and scientists are able to use the web pages flawlessly since they designed them, but our customers aren't able to accomplish their tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and how quickly we get insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with EnjoyHQ is not optimized and creates a disruption in workflow.

It solves the problem of usability testing outside of our organization by taking care of recruiting, consent forms, and compensation.

What do you like best about the product?
User testing allows our team to gain insights about our products or new products before we spend time developing them. We can validate our designs and find areas for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
We're currently using the User zoom and EnjoyHQ platforms and we love the integrations between them. They allow us to have a centralised repository of research insights that keep our findings living and breathing with clear evidence and summaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm anticipating the future of AI in UserTesting. I know there are some interesting plans for this and it's something currently lacking in the platforms we use so very exciting stuff!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in marketing, we use UserZoom to help us surface insights to drive conversion and discover optimisation opportunities on our website, be that through looking at current experiences on our live site or analysing prototypes with users.
