What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the output is not based on assumptions but a clear-cut procedure and a standard easy to follow low.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time constraints and complexity, since every user is not the same.

I would see the following as beneficial :

1. Bridging the gap between needs and features
2.Utilising the extra time for working on the product.

What do you like best about the product?
User testing always is in the positive side whether the customer is handy on the product or facing some issues in it. If he is having some issues it can be maintained or reworked by our developers as it satisfies customer needs. ; along with it, we can save our cost as it is real-time testing, or one can earn more when he or she came to know that people are liking his product and he will gain more confidence in getting unbiased reviews which help others in selecting your product without hesitation
What do you dislike about the product?
According to my, it is not an ideal choice for validating concepts or ideas. It is just suitable for validating design.
Secondly, they provide inaccurate results which do not result in inaccuracies and result in technical errors. For example, they do not provide large samples of reactions that may be a questionnaire, but reactions can be more accurate and insightful.
Thirdly, User testing does not represent 100% of the real-life scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything the test participant does and says is recorded—that way, you and your team can review and analyze the data afterwards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes , Test as early as can. I will advice all to do user testing as a tester i always believe testing somehow saves time , reduce costing of the product , making it an unbiased review of the product everyone should compulsorily makes user testing of their product to increase revenue.

Insights gained by user testing is incredible and gives a heads up for fixing problems.

I feel that testing is not very accurate to the real life scenario

I like user testing for validating ideas. Basically when I need to test my designs to improve them or validate them as valid designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think user testing should always be reviewed carefully to understand the content of the reviewer

Validating ideas is the best solving problem I am getting from user testing

What do you like best about the product?
ability to execute nimble/agile testing without needing vendor to program/pull data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish screener didn't have a forced (accept/reject) answer options - sometimes we're just collecting data and don't need to screen on a question. Also wish there was piping/logic functionality within survey/task design
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
exploratory work. competitive audit. new feature testing. ex. tested new Digital Rewards functionality and messaging to impact go-to-market strategy.

would be helpful to learn about how other clients are leveraging UT (I attended a webinar and it was too high-level - didn't get into how they actually set up and executed tests to solve bix problems).

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about User Testing, apart from the main feature, which is capturing users doing things, and performing tasks I ask them to perform, is the fact, that they provide the audiences for tests. With simple group you can collect the results really fast.YT relieves me of the need to deal with payments to participants. Setting up the test is easy and intuitive, same as scheduling meetings with participants. Everything you can thing of is automated, so the things that typically take a lot of a researcher's time (recruiting, recording, payments for participants) are not an issue any more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the participants cheat or don't care. Sometimes I used UT to record people filling up my survey - that way I had a questionnaire with answers and their verbal comments to explain their choices. And once I had a participant that clearly lied about her expertise, and since her desktop was recorder, I saw her googling answers to almost every question! On the plus side, it's easy to report test recording as unsatisfactory, and User Testing replaces them with a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve a problem with availability of the audience for my research. Thanks to YT I can reach everyone, everywhere.

Great tool for remote testing, especially if your audience is from around the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that UserTesting.com has great support for it's clients and provides resources outside of only their platform! For example, the team helps me find more participants if I can't seem to find enough from a niche group. The main UserTesting platform (The Dashboard) itself is great and easy to use. I don't have to spend much time setting up my participant screeners or setting up tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many offerings from UserTesting, it can be a bit overwhelming and disorienting. There are quite a few features within their main platform and it feels like there are quite a few platforms across all of UserTesting. A place for consolidating this information or providing a central location with all of these resources could be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can recruit much faster and more quickly than we did on our own (before UserTesting.com), we're also able to easily build out an unmoderated test without having to worry about the user getting stuck - most of their participants understand how to take these tests and know how to think outloud.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in creating online tests that examine the success of digital products/interfaces I've designed. Additionally, there is a great support system through their one on one mentorship to their online community.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I disklike. I would think there are areas to improve on team collaboration and results sharing, but the platform has served my purposes well to this date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using UserTesting to gain feedback on our current products/interfaces, examine pain points, and test our new designs.
