Usertesting is our tool for quick unmoderated testing on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
- Getting VERY FAST study results
- Studies are easy to create
- Awesome support team
- Great features, like templates, highlight reels, transcripts, clip maker
- Useful Live Moderated study type
- Easy to share the results with the team
What do you dislike about the product?
- quantitative tests are at an additional fee and need UT research team support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing on prototypes allowed us to kill ideas fast - before they get developed and launched.
Getting to hear real customer's voice - is very powerful to anyone at any level in the organization.
Analytics gives us the "what" and "how many/much". UT helps us understand "why".
Running competitor comparison analysis provides insightful information.

Can't really say there is anything I dislike; it's really such a great tool to use. I think every company can find value in it.

Helping stakeholders understand our customers which leads to better product decisions.

Just start using it and you'll start to see the value of it pretty quickly

What do you like best about the product?
We can filter who we want to be included in the test group. Some novice, intermediate, or advanced users.
Step-by-step guide is easy to follow
What do you dislike about the product?
For the administrator like myself, we have to be smart to re-words or re-phrases things so other people can follow our thought process. The outcomes can be very different when different people with different background/experience takes the user testing.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that has given my team much more opportunities to gather user insights is the Live Conversation. Being able to set up a moderated test with users is a huge advantage in providing valuable feedback to stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to know more in advance of the changing features to better optimize the tool for what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the business problems we are solving is getting design and functionality feedback to streamline our project process and validate existing applications.

It's very user friendly and constantly adding features/functionality

I wish we could do live conversation w mobile users

nearly all our UI and UX is tested (at least partially) through usertesting, as is a decent amount of our concept testing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool. It has saved us so much money and tons of time and really transformed how we run our usability projects.

What do you like best about the product?
All sessions are recorded so you can observe the user's experience (from their point of view).
What do you dislike about the product?
Screening for specific user groups is somewhat lacking…
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to quickly test and validate designs with users and waiting on our actual customers is not always a viable option.

Very limited options for survey questions. Everything else works great!

What do you like best about the product?
Rapid qualitative testing has proven tremendously valuable to us and our clients. We obtain rapid results with minimal effort. Most importantly, the voice of the user is represented to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd like to see deeper abilities to filter relevant user panels.

Great tool for user testing

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for ramping up my design team and getting quick results on prototypes. From research, I believe them to be best of breed in the space. We subscribe to an enterprise program that lets us test as much as we want - not a per user cost - so cost is not a barrier to use for our design/ux team.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes, the recruited users seem to be overly positive. But that's a minor issue.
