User-Friendly but Needs More Stability
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that pdfFiller is easy to use. I can create custom stamps effortlessly, and the colors I choose stay as defaults, which is great because with other programs, every new document would revert to the default color and size. Setting it up was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately it seems to be glitching a lot and I have to close and re-open to be able to upload or download a new document. The recent slowness/reloading is a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use pdfFiller to grade and annotate student assignments with check marks, X's, text boxes, and highlighters. It keeps my custom stamp colors as defaults, unlike others.
Easy PDF Editing and Client Contract Signing
What do you like best about the product?
I can alter pdf documents and can get my clients to sign my contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The verified signature date isn’t shown in the UK format (dd/mm/yyyy), which is important when I’m signing legal documents.
Also, there’s no measuring tool. I work with architectural drawings, and it would be really helpful to be able to measure the height and width of a drawing.

Being able to redact documents is really useful, especially since Adobe charges a fortune for it.
Powerful Cloud-Based PDF Management with Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that pdfFiller is cloud-based, allowing access anywhere, which really suits my needs. It has very powerful features, especially the robust electronic signature feature, which I find incredibly useful. I appreciate how easy it is to collaborate with my team members within the same organization. The platform even allows separate sections for personal files and teammates, providing a secure and personalized experience. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, with plenty of tutorials available to help get started quickly. I also enjoy the integration capabilities with Google Drive and other applications, which work quite well for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is just the desktop app experience. Many people still would like to have a desktop app. So that's just the only thing. Aside from that, Cloud Volley still works for me. But the desktop app would also be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use pdfFiller to manage and send documents for electronic signatures, saving time and ensuring security. It lets us store files on any cloud and send them quickly across different locations, reducing time from weeks to minutes.

User-Friendly and Intuitive, But Needs Improved Form Editing
What do you like best about the product?
I think pdfFiller is user friendly and very intuitive. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just dislike that when I tried to edit a fillable form and also ask for signatures, it wouldn't let me slide the signature and initial field over to the text boxes. My workaround was that I saved it as a PDF, non-fillable, and then I uploaded it again, and added the initial boxes.

Easy to Use with Document Sharing Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like how pdfFiller is easy to use. Being able to share documents with coworkers, especially amongst directors, is a big advantage. The ease of use was a major reason for switching from DocuSign, and the initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates could be easier to format. I would like to have a template to open up, fill it, and then when saving, have it save as a new one and not as a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pdfFiller makes it easy to retrieve signatures from remote employees and lets us seamlessly share documents with directors.

User-Friendly and a Huge Time-Saver for Combining Documents
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, it’s very user-friendly, and it significantly cuts down my work time because I can combine multiple documents in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I merge documents, I often can only upload one document at a time. It would be nice to always have the option to upload multiple documents at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using PDF filler, I had to print documents and then scan them back onto my computer. Now I can merge files directly without any printing or scanning, which makes the whole process much easier.
Easy to Use Once Learned, Feature-Rich, and Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it. Wide variety of features. Good value overall. Fairly stable and reliable with rare glitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be a bit clunky to use. Creating e-signable documents isn't as easy as in Docusign. Signers sometimes seem to miss signature locations, apparently this isn't always clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to edit PDFs--primarily in my case filling in insurance applications and certificates. I also use it to have clients e-sign insurance applications. I've been using PDFFiller for years now and generally find it to be easy and convenient to use.
