I'm able to access and fill out documents that would normally have to be hand typed.
What do you like best about the product?
When the documents I'm completing are actually "fillable" and move from one item to the next without my having to clink on that area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't find the document I need without going to the "library" which is hard to find on desktop. Also when I have to position my mouse and click on the area that needs input. It's hard to line up information in the boxes or areas evenly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to complete Binder of Insurance for numerous applications and this helps us forgo the hand typing that would otherwise be required. This also applies to several other forms that aren't available through company website.

its ok to use google documnets is a better site to use for applications

hard to get customer service to answer any phone call made to company

many problems with customer service and there is no benefits to using PDF filler

Download to my documents is not always simple. However usually can manage.

I receive documents often from vendors, customers and regulators that require downloading and filling out. PDFfiller makes this so simple. Download, send to pdfFiller and fill out (often sign), done.

I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

Can't find new documents very easily on the program

It a one stop for get our certificates out to our insured, I like that we can now email and fax from the site

It would be nice if all accord forms were available

I like the editing features, and the ability to include your handwritten signature. I've also used the faxing option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to file documents. Provide individual file folders and maybe a search method or a way to include tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Sometimes" the verification process pops up and it requires me to provide a code. This can be a wee bit annoying.

Great price for all the bells and whistles. Super easy to use!

I have not had many problems because of how easy it is to use. I wish there were more payment options to choose from though.

There is so much this Program can do. If you have the time, watch videos and contact the support team to ask questions about how to use this effectively.
