Udacity has quality content, is engaging and completing a Nanodegree is rewarding
What do you like best about the product?
1. The content is usually rich and of high quality
2. The projects are cool, real and reviewed by a human being, following a rubric.
3. The career services (as of the last time I used it) are really great

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The pricing can be high
2. Some Nanodegrees are rumored to have old and outaded content. I dislike their inability to quickly update existing content (e.g for the React, Data Streaming, and Cloud Native Nanodegrees)
3. It really does not make sense that I cannot add my Udacity Nanodegrees to a certification agregator and verifying service like Credly.com. Udacity really needs to fix this right away

Online platform with real learning
What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect of Udacity is it has a mentorship that works. Unlike other education platforms with tests to evaluate the student's learning, Udacity has challenging milestone projects and mentors that evaluate and give helpful feedback about your solution. Your project might be rejected if it is not good enough. So you have to try hard to score, which helps you learn the subject.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the subscription works. First, you can't pause the course. People sometimes need to take a break to solve personal issues. Second, sometimes you think a nanodegree is something you were looking for, but then you become disappointed with its contents. I would prefer to have a trial period and then choose another course if the first one was not what I was looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The topics are not available in depth in Masters or MBA courses. Udacity gives me the chance to learn a subject in depth. The nanodegree gave me the knowledge, experience, and confidence to develop projects I wasn't able before.

Engagement with the Mentors, Evaluators and overall interactive system

Nothing for now, I am happy with the progress

Effective and efficiency at which I am able to excute work and daily tasks have been reduced signicantly

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the modules are interactive, especially for programming since this is vital to learning how to code. I like the video instruction and visuals it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for me personally was one of the instructors for the Intermediate Python. Everyone learns differently, but however, his style of teaching was not beneficial for me because some of the exercises did not offer a followup discussion on how he came about a solution , it just showed the answer. Also , some terms were introduced early that have not been covered yet which was confusing and the transcript used words that most people probably wouldnt know and would have to lookup. Im sure he knows what he is doing, but for those who are new to programming, I think the material needs to be dumbed down a bit. :)

The course is helping me learn a new role for my career that I will be interviewing for. I am definately learning the material.
I have found Udacity is best among all online learning platform.

Getting a nanodegree from Udacity is not easy and if you get it then you really learned that particular subject . It is world class.

It gives a timeframe for a particular course. But it is essential for the learner.

Udacity is providing latest courses online with optimum fees and providing supports to the learners. I am learning a lot. Already got nanodegree on Digital Project Management.

- user communities are sometimes a bit empty: exchange with other students could be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex learning paths in a pre-structured agenda. Combined with a timed schedule and prepared, working technical environment one could simply start learning. This is simply fun!
Simply the Best
What do you like best about the product?
The hands-on and practical projects, combined with adequate and motivating feedback from mentors currently working in the field are priceless. If you put in hard work, you get compensated with a lot of extra resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Udacity is only for students and professionals that are willing to put in the work and go the extra mile. I would say that is actually a positive point. Hard to think of flaws. Udacity is simply the best!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udacity helps people in underrepresented groups empower with their technical and business skills. My journey started back in 20017 and I am still a strong believer. Having tried hardly any platform out their to learn new skills, I feel blessed being part of the Udacity community. So much to learn, always time to improve and #lifelonglearning is now part of my name.
Great technical support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how for every aasignment you have someone giving you real and personalized feedback. The staff was able to get back to me in reasonable time and always with complete answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have for classes the same support we have for assignments. I felt that getting questions answered mid class was less assertive. Some times I had to wait longer and my progress was paused because I needed that answer, so I would also look for tips elsewhere online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having courses ready to go when you need them and at your own pace and at the same time having the support of a assistent when you are done with assingnement is a game changer for those that need a flexible schedule.

They hire skillful instructors with very good experience from well reputed organizations.

May be their pricing options because I never managed to finish on time hence had to pay more in order to get my certification. Meaning you cannot predict how much it will cost.

Organized technology content with intensive projects
What do you like best about the product?
The content quality as well as trustful source. They provide intensive content about the target subject with projects that support students to continue in the career.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, they replaced live mentors with Udacity GPT. Even though Udacity GPT provides instant answers, sometimes it cannot help students in technical issues. Live mentors were able to help students in this part faster than waiting for an answer by posting on knowledge platform.
