MY UDACITY FEEBACK
What do you like best about the product?
I so much love the user experience. The user iterface of the class room is superb and I really enjoyed it.
I was able to lay my hand on real life projects which was super helpful.

Hmm... I wish I could speak to my mentors and ask questions to get feedback in real time via call or text
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udacity has helped me to acquire skils that has helped me improved grately in my current role as a Project/Product manager.

Outdated materials, no feedback whatsoever from customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I joined a Markting Analytics course, and I soon noticed that the materials were not up to date (Google Analytics Universal instead of GA4, Google Data Studio instead of Looker). I repeatedly contacted customer support, to no avail. A month has gone by, no one ever bothered answering me. I definetely didn't expect this from such a well-known company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated material, plus when I dared to point that out, I got completely ignored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It didn't solve any problem, since I won't be able to use the course materials I paid for.

The project based learning approach. It makes bridging the gap between the classroom and real life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reviewers feedback. A couple of times, I got reviews that didn't take into account all the work I submitted for review

Udacity is trying to solve the Knowledge gap in various technical areas. As a Tech enthusiaist, I have a variety of materials that would help me bridge the gap.

What do you like best about the product?
the course structure and the practice modules are awesome, and the best part is the mentor support which we get from udacity to resolve the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about udacity, but i would say if they want to improve something then it would be the projects associated with the courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udacity provides a platform to upskill and learn about new technologies, this helped me a lot to learn more about new technologies and stuffs.

The instructors were great at explaining concepts and the projects I had to do helped me solidify the newly gained knowledge

One issue I had was that some projects took way too long before getting reviewed

Udacity helps solve the issue of training workers as the firm might not have enough technical experts to help with that

training was created and delivered in manageable chunks, with a variety of different formats and contents. a lot of reference material was available either with the class itself or with resource links

from time to time, getting access back to the course material was slow or it took several attempts to get to the training that was started. it would also be good te receive timely reminder emails on status
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udacity training provided tools for me to use with my day-to-day job requirements. it helped me become better organized with Agile and provide the toolkit to be more effective in scrum calls

What do you like best about the product?
Udacity uses short videos to teach concepts succinctly. It makes moving through concepts feel fast and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the lessons had repeating themes/ideas, which could make it feel like I wasn't making progress.

Udacity taught me new skills as well as reminded me of quick tricks and ideas that I haven't thought about since college!

Udacity has a reputation for higher standards, while it is very commendable it could also be overwhelming but it's still good.
