What do you like best about the product?

Security is excellent, and it connects with SSO and other internal tools. Duo Security is simple to set up, and the documentation is well written and easy to understand. DUO Security assistance is easily accessible, the Duo Security mobile app is highly user-friendly, and DUO security is a terrific alternative for keeping our official information secure; despite the fact that it is a two-factor authentication, the procedure is completed with a few clicks.

What do you dislike about the product?

It might be speedier in push notifications, but it lacks features such as unauthorized users repeatedly typing the wrong push, which should concern the respected person or firm. What I dislike about DUO security is how restricted its functions are; if we lose our internet connection, we will be unable to utilize this program; in an emergency, this would be a major issue; I wish it would give alternate authentication methods.
