Best Two factor authentication tool
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to setup and best UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dilike, everything is perfect

Endpoint security and multi factor authentication
Slightly difficult to admin but once setup easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of programs that can be secured using duo. Easy to set up. Enter info and scan a QR code and you are ready to go. Also the ability to send push notifications to allow logins versus entering a code makes it more versatile. From the management point being able to bypass for users that have forgotten their phones prevents work loss
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of information pertaining to setup and use on the management end. Also, the user does not set the user name it is set by the manager that added the user and is not easy to pass on to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have added a 2nd layer of protection to our cloud environment. You either have to have the device to get the code as well as your password and you have to be given access by an admin. Security has increased
The simplest 2-factor tool I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Once configured, the app launches straight to the 2-factor code screen, no clicking required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor issue: the screen height is a little too tall, there is a control to refresh the code that is a little bit too far down, overlaps with the app switcher control on my iPhone 12
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging into secured company applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Typically, most users don't have a choice, it's chosen by the internal security team. That said, if you ARE the internal security team, your users will be pleased that you chose it!
Review for DUO Security
What do you like best about the product?
DUO security is a great option to keep our official information secured because it provides two factor authentication. It is also quick to implement. Even though it's a two factor authentication, the process is done with few taps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least like thing about DUO security is how limited the features are. Once if we lose internet connection, we cannot use this app. Incase of emergency it will be a big problem. I wish it provides alternatives for authentication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the request of security validations and passcodes that is generated in the app before logging into websites thus securing our data. It is easy once everything is setup correctly. The UI is also great and user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
DUO is easy to install, configure, and support. Documentation is well written and easy to follow. DUO support is easy to reach and helpful when needed. The DUO mobile app is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an on-premise software currently solution offered that will deprecated in 2023. It would be nice to see on-premise solutions continued to be offered for those customers who wish to remain on-premise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DUO Security provides an excellent public-facing Two Factor authentication solution. They provide a hassle-free solution with little administrative effort to maintain.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo security helps us have two factor authentication. This two factor authentication improves security to our account. Security is top-notch. Integrates with SSO and other internal tools as well
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be faster in push notifications. It doesn't have features like unauthorized users enters wrong push many number of times the respected person or company should be alarmed about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After entering password, we have to enter the passcode that is displayed in DUO Security App to login in our company portal. This ensures the safety of our account.
This is an excellent application to increase security of our profiles

Duo app helps one to increase the security and add a two factor authentication to your profiles like Facebook , Instagram which can keep your data safe from being hacked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duo app requires internet access to create the secret random code which needs to be entered to log in. Without the internet, it simply makes your work harder to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo allows one to add a layer of extra security to their social media, mail, and various other apps. This app generates a random six-digit code every 30 seconds, which any hacker cannot decode—making all your accounts extra secure.
Good 2FA solution
What do you like best about the product?
The Duo software allows users to sign in using their phone or apple watch by selecting either approve or deny on the notification. That is a nice feature since most solutions require entering a six-digit code that changes every 30 seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the morning, when I get into the building, my phone is changing from cellular network to the office wifi. During that transition, my Duo push sometimes does not get delivered for over a minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented the Duo 2FA to solve the issues regarding company network security. The benefits are that we now have 2FA, which does not seem to impact the users or cause much of an inconvenience to them compared to the large increase in security.
I feel safe using Duo for two factor authentication on websites.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are options when using Duo. You can decide to log in by sending a notification or call to a personal device like a phone or you can use a passcode to log in. This is really helpful when the notification is slow to send out, and a passcode can be faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duo is not able to recognize devices, so if you are logging in to a site using your phone rather than your regular device, which is more likely a computer, then duo still sends out the two-factor authentication to your phone. This is frustrating because it doesn't really make much sense and doesn't protect your accounts as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that you can deny access to a login attempt with the option to report the attempt. This mitigates issues with accidentally pressing deny as reports do not happen automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo helps you feel more secure about the information you have on the internet, but it has problems and takes time to properly finish the authentication procedure, which is not available otherwise.
Duo Security gives the ability to interact with the most widely used identity platforms/providers, regardless of the technology or platform that is being used to incorporate multi-factor authentication. With biometric authentication enabled, using the app is really simple and convenient. It only takes one click to authorise your account.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's possible that the app may lose connection with the cloud, preventing authentication, or that the app will not get a push or a request. This can be challenging since there is no direct method to debug; instead, you must restart the procedure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our IT firm's clients were switched over. Although Duo is less expensive and easier to use, I believe RSA offers superior security.
The idea is to migrate to a more BeyondCorp-style paradigm in the future, where each application may utilise SAML instead of relying on Duo.
