Excellent Multi-Factor Authentication Product
What do you like best about the product?
It was simple to get the users enrolled. The dashboard showing the users and connections was very helpful when users called in for support and you can actually see how many times they failed or were successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can use some improvement, it's hard to determine who is connected without doing some digging. Also, it would be nice to be able to use tokens that are readily available and not proprietary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote users need to have a secure connection to the network and we needed to have MFA for insurance purposes. This software was able to be easily integrated with our network and provided that extra layer of security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you are prepared to spend extra money and time on the tokens if the users decide that they do not want to use their smart phones. Also, users were not used to looking for the notifications and they kept missing it and wouldn't get connected.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and seamless experience. Haven't had an issue!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can sometimes be a delay in the phone call or push.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MFA Authentication adds an additional level of security I wasn't using otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there is two-step authentication for security purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The same thing. That I have to go through two step verification involving having my cell phone near me.

Solving the issue of making sure it is me logging on to the computer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I feel more secure when logging into both my work accounts and also my personal social media accounts, like Facebook, where the likelihood of hacking can be high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the push notifications from Duo come through twice in a row, despite only trying to log in once, which is a bit of a confusing user experience. It would be nice if only one notification came through each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo keeps my accounts and my professional information secure.

What do you like best about the product?
Approval requests come through, even in spotty service areas; option to have mobile app; option to drop down notification on mobile app to approve without opening Duo app
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes confusing how to resubmit an approval request if the first one times out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to access on a mobile phone, and I can sign in with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
It prompts multiple times within a day, and I'd rather have it remember my authentication for a more extended period than a week.

Duo Security - As MFA Factor
What do you like best about the product?
When I was using OKTA as Identity as a service where I used the configure Duo Security as MFA Factor. Okta provide more than 8 factor types to configure to okta to provide mfa additional to single sign on. This provides more secury access to the file. The best thing about Duo security is, it is an android and ios both based application which is very user friendly. When first time configuring the duo Security app, it does not need much more information. Just need to have domain, permission, account to configure. Suppose I dropped off from a session and I am asked for authentication again, then in 2nd time authentication just duo Security will be triggered which requires passcode or enablement in case of banner or swipe authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes back I was integrating one application to provide single sign on services with MFA solution, was facing difficulties to make this MFA available for some of the users. Some of the users were not having compatible phone to insall the app. They had to pass mfa through Offline token.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned in abaove section, some of the users were not able to use duo Security app in their phone. It was like incompatible device for duo Security. But integration was already done for an application and was working some of the users who were having compatible devices. But for non working members we had to bypass the MFA page so that they could not be triggered for MFA. Then after some days, they reinstalled the duo Security app and suddenly got started working. Not sure how it happened but users were ok to proceed to enable the mfa for all the users and make it mendatory MFA. We could go ahead to make it done for all the users and then this sorted out in this way
Easy to use 2 step verification
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is only two clicks to sign in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult it is to authenticate if I get a new phone

What do you like best about the product?
Setup is easy. Logging in with 2FA is lagless, and is designed really well. Straightforward operation, and clean interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you get a new phone, you have to contact your company admin to have it reset. No workaround for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Duo for 2FA for my accounts. I use other softwares as well, but this was the first. Not as nimble as some other apps, but still does its job really well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When checking out all 2FA products, identify each app's options in resetting your account if you get locked out. Being able to send an email to do it should be an option, in case the admin cant be contacted quickly enough.
