One of the best tool for multi factor authentication. Easy to use and easy to access.
What do you like best about the product?
I like most that it can generate code for multifactor authentication even it is offline. It is an excellent tool over OTP for generating the code. No body can take the screenshot of the generated codes and also codes are not visible by sharing screen through any remote tool. So I can say it is totaly safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still do not face any issue with the tool, so it is tough to tell any dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this tool in our organization for multifactor authentication for connecting the VPN.
Review for Duo dual authentication
What do you like best about the product?
The way how to interact with the mobile phone for authentication using cell number. We also like the user interface on the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be our configuration, but it only authenticates with the cell phone. It should have an option for dual authentication to either cell phone or email. This double authentication with only a cell phone became an issue when you don't have a cell phone with you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a solution for dual authentication for compliance purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides multi-factor authentication protection for different Platforms: Windows, Mac OS, and Android OS. It provides different notification options, Push, Call, and Text.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to mention in this category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides MFA as an extra layer of protection/security. Its Dashboard offers extensive information for all Endpoints: good logging and historical information.
Duo: It goes where I go and keeps me and my content secure.
What do you like best about the product?
I like knowing that my employer keeps my professional and personal information secure as a professional and a student. I know that I and my data are safe with Duo. With all of the software and data that we store, it is nice to know that items for school are safely stored where I can access them, but that my work-related content is accessible through the same wall of security. This helps me to trust my organization more with my content and know that I will be able to access it from anywhere as long as I have access to my phone and to the internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes tricky using Duo as it doesn't always cooperate. I frequently have issues signing in using my iOS moble device. If this happens, then I have to use my phone to gather a numeric passcode - but it doesn't hinder me from using it because of the level of the security and peace of mind it gives me to know it's protecting me efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data access can be tricky when working/going to school, especially when those accounts are shared. Duo helps stop the possible leak of information through email and online access. I prefer that all of my other software and other files are accessible through one user name and one password that is kept behind the dual-security pathway. This way I can access all things simultaneously and not have to remember multiple passcodes/words to reach my data and files. It's really a great system, especially the use of access being able to sign into with my phone which I really like the efficiency that provides me.

If you are looking for a double-authentication process to protect yourself, students, faculty, or staff in an education setting - Duo's services are perfect for your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization is now more secure and protected since we have used Duo Security, due to the innovative security it provides, with which we can provide protection to all potential customers, on any device they enter, in which they may have access safe in any environment and from anywhere. This Duo access trust offers a great solution for each and every one of our credentials and devices committed to an interaction with consumers, highlighting the coverage and scope that it has for us and the same that we offer to all those who prefer us, having correct and respect for compliance with the requirements. It is a very easy platform to integrate, it adapts very quickly to our business system, we can also configure the type of security we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When registering users, this platform usually experiences delays or a small delay, which can create an administrative overload compared to other options on the market, as well as in extreme cases can create delays in notification systems , which can cause problems for user authentication, we know about this and for this reason we implement add-ons to optimize this process and not experience setbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our responses are faster, we address threats with an easy-to-implement solution. What I like most about Duo Security is that it is a very easy to use tool that allows you to protect your accounts from being hacked. Since I no longer worry about being a victim of hacking, I recommend it a lot.

What I like least about Duo Security, is that it is not totally free and that at least in the mobile version I use, it has a limit of accounts and that in addition, not all the apps are in its list, I hope that with time more will be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Duo Security, specifically with my mobile version, I have avoided some hacking attempts on my social networks. Moreover, thanks to Duo, I didn't have to memorize many passwords, some apps just ask me for the code in real time and that's it. I highly recommend it.

Duo Security is a very good tool for the security of our company. The most remarkable element of this Software is the two-factor authentication, it is very useful and practical once everything has been configured correctly. Logging in is really easy with the multiple options it offers, from running directly to digital accessories such as smart watches and also obtaining a code through Duo Mobile and entering it at the site where we want to log in. After the installation and configuration process, using it daily does not represent a major complication, it has a good interface.

We have nothing really bad to limit with respect to this software, we have used it for a long time in our company and the only problem that arose was difficulties with the configuration but once it is done everything works very well.

Our experience has been satisfactory with good results, but sometimes the notifications from the mobile application do not appear and I have to start the application manually, I do not understand why this happens. If this improves it would actually provide better performance to the user. It is not bad software, but it can be better.
