Safety first
What do you like best about the product?
It serves for the security and privacy of the company in the area of everything important that is what matters most since if it attacks a virus it damages the information but with Umbrella it is safe
What do you dislike about the product?
Umbrella sometimes makes the network a little slow because the program is so heavy to protect everything important in the company

What do you like best about the product?
Umbrella is light does not spend a lot of resources on computers which does not affect the work and internal that is done in each, apart from being very safe
What do you dislike about the product?
To tell the truth at first it took me a long time to know well how it worked since the explanations were not very clear, eventually I knew how to handle them but I think they should from the beginning specify everything well since not all people understand so fast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had problems with the security of the network we did not know how to have so much important information without fear of a cyber attack

What do you like best about the product?
Umbrella has helped me a lot to protect important data of the company, before using umbrella it happened to me that the data or important information was damaged or violated sometimes by the same employees or by viruses that attacked the network
What do you dislike about the product?
The installation is a bit complicated it takes a long time that I do not like because every update of the system takes time to update it and it works well although I understand that the software they use is so good that the installation is delayed for that reason
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The protection of the information that generates umbrella for the company is the best one has diminished me headaches of being pending for all the information of the company

DNS is easy to use I use it a lot in the company to protect employees from doing something inappropriate in the system

I feel that it takes too long in the installation and sometimes consumes a lot of resources in the system which causes the entire network to fall down until its installation is completed

It has served to have more control of what employees do in working hours

The customer service is not the fastest and most effective if I communicate with them I can last hours online waiting for a response

The graphics made me slow at first I thought it was my computer that was failing for another problem

OpenDNS I love it, it has been a very useful program in my company, I have been using it for several years and it has protected me from people who try to cheat and viruses that are found in the network.
