Great Product. Easy to use and find solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Cisco Umbrella is easy to deploy and use. It helps me analyse threats at real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes many sites are blocked by Cisco Umbrella all of a sudden. Need to improve the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can configure security to my web gateway. I can also get data protection on my gateways.

What do you like best about the product?
It's interface is very intuitive and very simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users can find challenges related to cost and set up else everything is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco Umbrella provides multi layered security and can integrates with other Cisco security products like Cisco Secure Firewall and Cisco Secure Endpoint and provide a unified defense strategy across the entire network.

It very useful as provide multiple security to a device with remote access anywhere.

When high winds or load they don't work well effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Cisco Umbrella protect us from intruders and cyber threats. Their platform is user-friendly as they have a good navigation system along with the personalised chatbot present over their website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 14 Day Free Trial of Cisco Umbrella DNS should be increased to 30 days and pricing should be decreased as it offers good value for the features and protection. I thing the website performance can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are different problems Cisco Umbrella is solving in the field of phishing attack, data loss, it, workforce security, security management and there are many more. I it beneficial to me in visibility and control, scale effortlessly and protection against a wide array of cyber threats.

Cisco umbrella provides the effective & best threat protection from the latest cybersecurity attacks.

Lack of connectivity remotely, lack of support, also endpoint connectivity & the installation.

It helps improve security visibility,detect compromised systems & protects users on & office network by stopping threats over any protocol.
It has been fairly adequate dealing with Umbrella for DNS

I think that it makes my job easier as someone who manages the network in my organisation, that i can query the DNS properly for all the computers connected in the network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if there were some changes into the UI and ease of access. It was kind of daunting to use it at first, as i found the learning curve to be quite steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an internal DNS Server in our company, and we mainly use the Cisco Umbrella to make sure that all the queries are protected. I also make sure to block certain known domains which might lead to malware or trackers to make sure that the computers in the network are not quering there, knowingly or unknowingly.
To Notch Malware Protection, But Some Application Issues Could Be Improved
What do you like best about the product?
Cisco Umbrella provides top notch protection from known and emerging threats. Since implementing the product, my team has reduced the amount of time that is spent on troubleshooting malware related issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current version of the endpoint protection software does not have an option to update itself automattically. Previous versions of the software had this ability. The current version forces us to spend a significant amount of time scripting and monitoring application updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco Umbrella has reduced the amount of malware related issues that my team needs to spen time troubleshooting. This has led to better revenue due to decreased technician costs.

Used to stress about online threats but Umbrella changed the game. Easy setup, blocks bad stuff, keeps my organization safe without slowing things down.

It helps us block bad URLs, trace and monitor DNS logs and provides visibility into the use of risky cloud apps, third-party VPNs, crypto sites, torrent sites and AI sites by users that are not approved for use. So overall, it provides us control over our organization's DNS traffic.

Local network security tool that has no real competition.
What do you like best about the product?
Cisco Umbrella is no doubt hands-down the single best network security and monitoring tool. The amount of features, and the ease of use are great. Customer support not so much though. I love they have filters and content categories so you can separate a lot of what's going on within your local network.

The price, it's a bit on the higher side, but considering what you get for that price, it's hard to complaint.

It helps me handle the sites my employees are visiting and filtering out what's secure and what is not.
