Easy to use and very flexible
What do you like best about the product?
It provides protection against cyber threats through DNS layer security. It provides comprehensive visibility into internet activity across all devices and users and makes it a strong choice for organisation with large remote workforces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users have noted that Umbrella could improve its data loss prevention capabilities to better protect against exfiltration of sensitive information

Its good and i love cisco products

I think they need to provide free training of cisco umbrella for college students & fresher's.

Keeping us secure. We are seeing the value overall as a powerful solution that combines security services, simplifies deployment, and enhances protection against threats. After encouting a compromised risk in the past, we have been at ease with Cisco.

What do you like best about the product?
Time is Money and that's what according to me Cisco Umbrella defines in it's concept of providing multiple security and threat intelligence services under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
Charging per user interaction even for a group of users or an organisation. As i have never personally viewd the plans but my organisation uses it so I have heard this as a downgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco Umbrella helps us in securing our inbound and outbound internet requests by using advanced machine learning techniques to filter out malicious content. SIG and SWG are some of the features used in this to expand it's capabilities.

Expense: Cisco Umbrella can be costly, particularly for small to medium-sized businesses with limited budgets. The pricing model may be prohibitive for some organizations.

Cisco Umbrella is used for a variety of purposes, including threat protection, DNS-layer security, web gateway security, cloud-delivered firewall functionality, visibility and reporting, remote worker protection, policy enforcement, integration with other security tools, and performance enhancement. Its comprehensive feature set helps organizations to secure their networks, enforce policies, and protect users both on and off the network.

What do you like best about the product?
Offers both network and endpoint protection irrespective of your locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
False positives (as is the case with most security products) and cost

It offers threat intelligence gathered from variuos sources ,Reporting is top notch ,and the fact that its integration with other security tools is straight forward makes it highly beneficial

What do you like best about the product?
I like the protection against threats that causes more harm than other threats. As we can't control employees, it better to be ready to handle what employees can do dangerous things. Umbrella does that all threat intelligence from malware, Trojans,botnets, phishing etc and safeguard with incident response

As of now didn't found anything but it varies from user to user in the context of configuration and implementation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Umbrella's secure gateway does it all the most beneficial thing as it it filters traffic, ip, ports etc and inspect traffic so that no threats are on the way to compromise the systems. Even identify and investigate if compromised

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and implementation is very quick and provides world class malware protection to the devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Trial period of the product can be extended and pricing can be improved, some glitches when integration

Secure gateway to internet which gives less hops to destination and also DNS security which negative DNS attacks

one of the biggest problems with this system is the cost and complexity of setup and configuration
