What do you like best about the product?
Centralized customer engagement across many communication channels. Supercharged targeting capability. Great template and journey builders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the complexity of everything BlueShift can do, the user interface can sometimes be hard to follow or quirky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BlueShift solves the challenge of centralized customer communication and measurement orchestration, making our clients more productive and profitable.

Great platform for managing Email and SMS transactional messages

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift is very convenient for our SMS and Email transactional emails. Having everything in one centralized place with a very robust segmentation builder that's easy to use including exporting and importing data and setting up and deploying campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is one downside to blueshift it is pulling full detail reports. It is possible to do however it can be slightly cumbersome to do so. Otherwise, it is an excellent platform to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to transition thru multiple media channels with ease is very helpful. Tracking each customers journey individually rather than having everything in multiple platforms really allows us to dig deep into the consumer and segment/send appropriate messages.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user frendly for someone that haven't work with email platforms beore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing dynamic content required being able to code by using liquid. A regular marketer wil not be able to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating AI on SL to be able to a/b test fast and gain opens.
To be able to copy a triggers on the journey saved me a lot of time.
To be able to copy filters also has saved me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we've only been using Blueshift for a few months, the support and training have been most helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training videos are quite fast. I'd recommend slowing down the pace so the user can absorb the content without having to restart the training video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data which Blueshift offers is far better than our previous platform which allows us to target a very specific customer type.

Great CSM with amazing customer service and tools

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift has tons of amazing tools and reporting that help me deploy and maintain large-scale email sends without much trouble. Their customer service team is always prompt in responding to any inquiries, and the open nature of the platform allows for a lot of flexibility for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a little steep for new users but they do have a lot of documentation that helps guide users through the process. Sometimes features may be "improved" but do decrease usability in that we get used to doing things a certain way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recommendations and campaigns help us ensure our customers receive the best suggestions from our catalog and ensure users are engaged with our content. If users disengage, blueshift allows us to easily send them less messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Support: Our account rep is always quick to respond with help or answers to our questions. Other platforms in the past have been slow to respond to tickets. It's extremely valuable to have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help troubleshoot problems promptly.

Onboarding: The onboarding process was really smooth. Their team worked with our teams to help get the tool set up and to migrate our existing campaigns. Throughout the entire process, our team really felt supported.

Ease of segmentation and targeting: Blueshift has intuitive tools like predictive scoring to help us target audiences based on behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Blueshift had more integrations with other tools or had some functionality built into the platform (like the ability to survey users and apply to segmentation)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Responsys for our email communications and it was a very clunky platform. Blueshift has made it much easier to create segmented email programs based upon behavior and A/B test various attributes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of segmentation – Provide multiple options to form segments, dissect our lists and customer activity and look at niche segments. This is a step above other existing tools in the market

Reporting is intuitive and advanced. One can select from a range of parameters.

Onboarding was smooth, troubleshooting was good and prompt

Interface is clean and intuitive

Documentations were simple and have helped our tech team install various new events and API calls on our websites

Email builder/Creative Studio is easy and intuitive

Self-learning was not too complicated as compared to other existing tools in the market

Blueshift team has been quick to reply to queries, connect us with relevant people, even those who have been in IST

We now have a cleaner list as our bounces have substantially reduced, our deliverability has improved massively as well
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been just using it to send mass emails - other features like ‘Syndication’ aren't working for us. The Blueshift team has taken more than due time to solve this issue for us.

Post onboarding the problem resolution has been lackluster. Though Blueshift is quick to reply on tickets, the resolution usually takes a lot of time

Documentation is less than perfect for campaign executors

There are various areas of improvement – product knowledge, ‘Syndication’, duplication of records, issues in drip campaigns,

A lot of features are still getting improved or developed (eg syndications, some parts of segmentations)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us in our email marketing campaigns. The deliverability of our newsletters has improved. Segmentation also allows us to make campaigns more targetted.

A simple and powerful tool that is intuitive to use. When doing more complicated work, the support team is very helpful.

Segmentation tools could potentially be better, such as adding SQL queries or other tools

What do you like best about the product?
The creative freedom that blueshift allows when creating emails with html.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building segments is a little complex and could be simplified. And, the analytics side isn't as informative as I would like regarding revenue tracking.

Blueshift is helping me find out which CTAs our customers prefer by a/b testing

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift has exceptional capabilities for messaging, audience targeting, and sophisticated campaign creation
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like certain features or functionality is missing. For example, subject line testing is more difficult than it should be, because if you do an SL test on a branch, you can no longer do an entire creative test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have accepted some feature requests that improve campaign functionality and automation. Their new feature to filter based on events in segment-triggered campaigns is very useful and helps us create smarter campaigns
