What do you like best about the product?
cPanel makes our work very easy, One of the best control panels in the world for sure. It provides tons of features to host websites very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using cPanel for many years and have no complaints about it. Would like to see highly availability and periodic health checks options in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Cpanel for many years to host websites. Very easy to handle in every situation. Support is also very good if you stuck.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to host a website and if you are not a very techy person, cPanel is the best solution. The support team provides services from setup to troubleshooting as well.
Dashboard for linux based web hosting
What do you like best about the product?
cPanel has a very user-friendly interface that everyone already familiar, No doubt it is the most feature-full control panel for linux based web hosting environments. Very easy to connect with billing platforms such as WHMCS and provides user-friendly options to create and manage everything on that account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even it has a friendly user interface, With some limitations in the User interface, some customizations need to be done by a professional or an expert. Also, would like to see cloud storage platform support for backup data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use cPanel to host websites in Linux based environments and to manage accounts and features.

Highly recommended to anyone who would like to manage Linux based web hosting environments.
I would be confused without the existence of cPanel
What do you like best about the product?
cPanel makes it much easier for me to manage all of the settings and services connected to my hosting accounts. I like the way the sections are organized since I'm not always sure what tools are related. The interface, fields and buttons related to each service are often easy to understand how to use. There are instructions that are placed next to each tool that makes it almost error-free to figure out what the tool is for and how to do things like adding or deleting items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the organizational possibilities are limited with the cPanel interface. Loading the cPanel page in a mobile device or smaller computer screen isn't as easy to use. If there could be more interfaces to choose from and ways to stack and prioritize various tools, so that we can focus more on the ones we use most, that might make it better for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use cPanel to access the services and settings in my web hosting accounts. The titles and labels of the various tools and configuration options make it easy to add several people to the account to at least make standard updates. We can add email addresses, FTP accounts, new domain names, which are big part of the maintenance of our website, user management and marketing campaigns. We also use it to access our MySQL databases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
cPanel is used in many web hosting plans, so you'll likely encounter it if you use a popular web hosting company. If you don't currently use it, I'd recommend asking your web host for the option to install it.
Dashboard for the customer
What do you like best about the product?
We heavily use cPanel to manage web hosting accounts in our company. Simple because it is the customer's choice, customers are so in love with the dashboard and features cPanel provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the much-awaited NGINX support very soon on the cPanel. With NGINX support cPanel would be the dashboard that no one can say NO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cPanel is used to manage features for website hosting customers. UI and the pricing plans are the most recent for this attraction.

All of us used cPanel at least once if you are related to web, content, marketing and related areas. If anyone planning to host a website cPanel is the best choice which you won't regret.

What do you like best about the product?
cPanel easily allows you to perform all the necessary and imaginable operations that would require a myriad of commands on different types of machines and software from a single responsive web panel, which is very easy to use even for those who are not experts in the IT sector or in the specific application categories of all the features that cPanel contains. My use of it is for creating FTP and SFTP accounts with and without specific permissions and advanced authentication methods like pubkey auth (with a private key that can be generated directly from cPanel) and in managing the individual inboxes of my domain with a particular focus on user quotas and spam filtering criteria. In this regard, I find the native integration between cPanel and Apache SpamAssassin truly efficient and functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application has many features, and as for people who are not IT experts, inexperienced developers, and new users, they may have difficulty navigating through the offered features. Creating databases and connecting with authorized users is quite complex and also tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cPanel has been very useful for navigating through all the features of my web hosting account. I can understand which different features are based on where they are located and the other elements grouped with them. I am able to access different features in my web hosting account and then quickly return to other features by going to the main cPanel portal. cPanel allows me to let someone else manage the account without too much confusion. I can just tell them which section to go to and then guide them through the basic steps quite easily.

best thing is that email ids specific to the domain can created for free with it.

Email doesnot provide other features like Gmail and Yahoo.

somethimes it's hard to troubleshoot, but this software solution solve a lot of problem if you do not have budget and time to invest in IT at zero day.

No doubt cPanel is one of the best control panels out there. Really in love with features and the flexibility it provides to host websites.

So far so good, however, I would like to see a load balancing feature on cPanel to make hosts highly available.

Best email management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I basically use it for company email management and really it is amazing to use because of its interface and options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnot support various things like gmail and other email providers.
