What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger helps us eliminate the overhead of managing cloud marketplace sales. As an AI SaaS company, selling through AWS and other marketplaces is strategic but operationally complex — offer creation, usage metering, billing, and CRM alignment were all manual and error-prone. Suger automates and centralizes all of that, letting our go-to-market and ops teams move faster without pulling in engineers.

Driving AWS Co-Sell Efficiency and Partner Alignment with Suger
What do you like best about the product?
Suger has completely streamlined how we manage AWS Marketplace listings, co-sell, and HubSpot in one place. It eliminates manual duplication, accelerates opportunity acceptance, and keeps our partner alignment crystal clear. The integration is seamless, reliable, and a huge boost to our AWS sales motion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly very little to dislike about Suger. The pace of updates and feature enhancements is impressive, and every release seems to add more value. The platform keeps getting better, so my only “complaint” is that it’s hard to imagine running our AWS co-sell and Marketplace workflows without it now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger centralizes AWS co-sell, MPPO management, and HubSpot integration into a single, highly efficient platform. This allows us to accelerate AWS Marketplace listings, maximize partner alignment, and maintain real-time visibility into every stage of the co-sell process. The result is faster deal cycles, stronger AWS collaboration, and a measurable boost in sales velocity.
Easiest Marketplace Platform to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Suger is incredibly easy to use. The team had us up and running in an matter of minutes and we can create private offers for customers in half the time of our previous vendor's platform.
The revenue reporting in Suger is excellent - making it easy to identify which transactions were bundled into a single payment from a cloud partner.
Finally, their customer support team is fantastic: issues are resolved quickly compared to weeklong wait times with our previous vendor.
In all, these capabilities add up to a tremendous value for any SaaS company that needs to transact via cloud marketplaces.

Would love to see Suger integrate with more marketplaces so we could extend our use of their platform to more transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to transact across all three major cloud marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace). Beyond that, we required good reporting to make sense of revenue derived from each platform and each transaction as these payments are often bundled. Finally, we needed a support team that could help us quickly address issues - particularly for customers with complex needs.
Their combination of ease of use, built-in analytics and reporting and excellent customer service made it easy for our team to adopt Suger and scale our transaction volume by 10x.

Easy to use/admin, Quality Support, Increases efficiency through closing deals
What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is simple/intuitive. They provide fast customer support for any questions or technical issues. They have many integrations that are robust and easy to set up. I use this for every marketplace deal and makes me way more efficient in doing so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a dislike yet. The product and team we work with are great.

Simplifying the marketplace transaction process across multiple clouds.

The speed at which we were able to get setup on the AWS marketplace through Suger was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were one of Suger's early customers and at the the beginning there was not a native Hubspot integration. However, they have solved this now and the integration is live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger enables Zerve to self through AWS marketplace. The initial pain they solved was getting setup and understanding the ins and outs of marketplace. Additionally, we can now manage our APN deals in hubspot through the Suger integration which has been a massive help.
Great Marketplace Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Love everything about Suger! Ease of Use, Implementing it in our day to day is easy. Customer support is amazing and we use it very often. I also love the features that it has and integrates very well with our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to change about Suger. Overall have had a great experience with it!

One stop shop for cloud marketplace solutions. Everything is right there -self explanatory and if I need help customer support is always available!
Use Suger to Simplify your Interaction with Tech Marketplaces
What do you like best about the product?
Suger is an absolute please to work with - they have great optimized our interaction with hyperscalers all the way from publishing private and public listings, working with our revops team on the private offer and transactions, and the overall co-sell /GTM with the hyperscalers. They are very responsive, professional and get the job done. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't experienced too many challenges working with Suger. If it had to pick one, it would probably be to simplify the UI a bit more and guide the user through the interactions.

Helping with the public marketplace listings, private offer process and marketplace transactions

The platform guides you through the steps that you need to complete with ease and provides good reporting to track progress of the marketplace offers

So far I can't say there is anything I dislike about Suger. Great platform for what I need!
