One year with Suger.io
What do you like best about the product?
Very responsive team. We try to be as self sufficient as possible, but when we need support or guidance, the Suger team is always there for us. Onboarding with cloud marketplaces can be challenging, and Suger helps us cut through the process issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS tool for entering marketplace listing info can sometimes be a little confusing (likely because the marketplace listing requirements can be tricky), but overall has been manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us get our listings created, processed, and live in marketplaces. We have limited technical resources assigned to marketplace listings, so Suger helps us tremendously wrt resources and timelines.
Very Clear User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It does everything you need, and nothing that is unnecessary or adds confusion. Great usability and lets us track measurable result. I am able to work on high value projects because it saves us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Growing company means it is always adjusting and updating things, good and bad to be part of that process (but mainly good).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AWS Marketplace management. Simplifies the process and is easy to use and navigate so it makes our team more efficient when managing cloud marketplaces.
Incredible Marketplace Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Suger has helped my team scale our hyperscaler marketplace. The ease of use and the ease of implementation are incredibly smooth. They have the best customer support and are able to create custom features. This is easy to integrate into SFDC and my team uses Suger every day.

Analytics dashboard could be more intuitive and expansive

Not much - The product evolves quickly, and when we need something, the team is fast to deliver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger streamlines our marketplace and co-sell operations, saving time by removing manual efforts and providing teams clear visibility with control across clouds. We’re moving faster and closing more deals as a result of our partnership with Suger!
1st Impressions of a new Suger user
What do you like best about the product?
The Suger team has been a responsive and transparent business partner so far, from the evaluation and contract process through implementation and the first month of deployment. The implementation and integration into our CRM systems was fast and required minimal time from our team. Support was responsive as we worked through the learning curve on our initial set of Marketplace Privat Offers. Love seeing the Suger window in sales opportunities. It provides instant visibility for our field and sales ops. teams.

So far we like everything about our inaugural partnership with Suger.

Improving productivity and visibility in creating and managing both sales opportunities and Marketplace Private offers with our sales teams, sales ops. and our Cloud GTM partners.
Advanced feature set at a great value
What do you like best about the product?
Suger has a very feature rich product, iterates quickly when they can't solve your use case with OOTB functionality, is super responsive to any support needs and deploys very quickly (within days). I can't recommend them enough. We were previously using one of the more well known industry incumbents and weren't super satisfied with their product or service and Suger has been a breath of fresh air and continues to show us that they value our business. We use Suger every day to help automate everything with AWS and it's a real live saver. It's easy to use and link to your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
None come to mind. They have a superior product and service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates sharing opportunities and private offers with the AWS marketplace. Has advanced workflows that we leverage to share certain opportunities automatically with AWs.

What do you like best about the product?
From my personal experience, the Suger website is a game changer when it comes to user interface. It's remarkably user-friendly, with all tools clearly displayed on the website. The order creation process is clean and easy to navigate. What makes all the difference is the ability to set up even complex processes. The customer support is equally impressive - communication is clear, and I receive guidance for any issues or questions within a very short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, no. All the enhancements I highlighted have been addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with other tools makes it easier to identify the status of your orders without navigating to the website. Reminders are sent for every status change, helping you stay aware of any necessary modifications.
A true partner for alliances.
What do you like best about the product?
It's been great working with the Suger team, our teamates associated with the rollout of Suger have had nothing but incredible feedback for their support team. We've enjoyed fast onboarding and Suger was quick to implement. Amazing support and customer service, with white-glove assistance all the way through the process.

None so far. It's been a good experience working with Suger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Co-sell automation, marketplace transactions can come directly from our sellers. Suger helps us scale our strategy with AWS and with their automation features, we are now reducing day to day activities and workloads.
Highly responsive team has addressed our needs
What do you like best about the product?
- Responsiveness: Suger is highly responsive to all service requests, regardless of their scope. When we don't know how to do something in the product, or with the marketplaces overall, Suger is always there to help
- Time Savings: We've saved significant time deploying two products and two different clouds. I don't have to think about engineering complexity at all, since it just works.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Financial Reporting: Some uncertainty still remains with our accountants on how best to use the marketplaces and Suger for financial reporting, including cost of sales. Some ease of use could be improved here.

Direct integration with cloud providers for marketplace listings and offers.
Absolute game changer for our team!
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, white glove treatment to stand up and connect our instances, SFDC widget for easy deal registrations, automations to SFDC for closed won opps, and most importantly the TEAM!
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be improved along with the analytics but I don't spend much time with either so its not a high priority for me anyways

The biggest challenge for us is the time it takes to create and manage deal registrations with our cloud partners. Suger helps automate that whole process to save hours of time each week. This also allows our team to register more opportunities and build a stronger partnership with our cloud partners.
