Suger Makes Managing Marketplace Offers Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Suger has completely streamlined how we manage private offers on both AWS and Azure Marketplace. The platform is intuitive, saves us time, and removes the complexity we used to deal with when working directly in the cloud portals. The support and guidance from the Suger team is top-notch — they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always open to feedback. It truly feels like a partnership. We also have it integrated into our other systems like Slack and Salesforce, which makes it even easier to use and track everything in one place. I personally leverage Suger every day — it’s become an essential part of our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s really not much to dislike. Anytime there is something that causes friction with the platform, they are quick to update and or fix if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone managing cloud alliances, Suger has been a huge unlock for streamlining our AWS and Azure Marketplace motions. Before Suger, private offers were manual and time-consuming, making it hard to move quickly with partners and customers.
Now, I use it daily to spin up offers in minutes, track status across teams, and keep everything aligned between our internal sales reps and cloud partners. The Slack and Salesforce integrations make it even easier to stay on top of deals.
Most importantly, it’s helped me co-sell more effectively with AWS — I can move fast when an AE is ready to transact, offer flexible pricing, and close loops quickly without waiting on backend ops. It’s become a core part of how we drive marketplace revenue and grow our partnership with AWS.
Now, I use it daily to spin up offers in minutes, track status across teams, and keep everything aligned between our internal sales reps and cloud partners. The Slack and Salesforce integrations make it even easier to stay on top of deals.

What I like best about Suger is how easy it is to use, with an intuitive interface that requires minimal training. The product is constantly improving, with new features every month and a strong roadmap that shows they listen to users. It delivers measurable results quickly, helping us save time, reduce costs, and boost productivity. The ROI was clear within weeks, and the value continues to exceed expectations. Most importantly, the team is responsive, collaborative, and truly feels like a partner.

We haven’t encountered any major drawbacks so far.

We were able to perform tasks within minutes of logging into suger.io. the UI is intuitive and require little guidance. Easy to administrate for our different teams. A simple, clean UI. we were able to quickly implement services.

Suger provides a single, unified interface for cloud marketplaces, eliminating the need to manage the disparate rules and data models of multiple platforms. This approach greatly simplifies our billing systems and integration workflows, easy to setup, and quick to implement. The value proposition is compelling: Suger significantly reduces our operational complexity and paid for itself quickly all the while simultaneously expanding our reach to new customers.

- renewal or upsale of the entitlement with entitlement term is still not smooth. Entitlement term feature in general needs more flexibilities

Suger has completely eliminated the manual, repetitive work of creating AWS private offers. What used to take over 10 minutes navigating the Marketplace UI, toggling fields, double-checking inputs now takes less than a minute. It’s genuinely seamless, fast, and reliable.
The tool is intuitive and easy to use, with a clean UI and virtually no training required. It fits naturally into our workflow and provides the flexibility to adapt to our team’s specific use cases. From simple mappings to more complex automation, everything feels straightforward. The integration process was straightforward and required minimal effort from our side.

Suger has an intuitive inteface making it easy to use and navigate with minimal training needed. I've also enjoyed the dedicated and responsive support by the team when needed.

The SFDC widget could have some features you only find on the website.

Incredibly responsive and supportive customer service and engineering team -- hugely different experience than what we were getting from the competition. It was quick to implement and they made delightful changes quickly to support some of our needs. Using the product is a straightforward and easy experience for everyone who needs to.
They have a great product, great people, and have helped us navigate both the tactical side of cloud marketplace and CSP co-sell and the strategic side of building a stronger alliance with AWS. Suger is a product we love, but they feel like a partner as well.

We use Suger for both SFDC <> AWS APN/ACE co-sell and AWS Marketplace listing and transaction services. It excels at both.

Ease of use is good, the customer support is exceptional. I love the team there and the results they help us deliver.

It is still early in its journey so the product is still maturing.
