10/10 From Implementation to in prod - Suger is the right choice to streamline co-sell with clouds

  • July 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Suger streamlines and consolidates Cloud Marketplace and co-sell engagements. This de-risks private offers, CPPOs, and RPOPs, as well as provides clear line of site to AR to ensure everything is tracked in SFDC.

Upside of Suger is offloading the manual effort of collecting and creating offers / co-sell engagements by integrating with SFDC and providing our team a 1 stop shop directly within each SFDC opp. This allows our team more time to drive activity that creates more cloud sourced opps.

Seamless UI an incredible customer support. My team lives in Suger and or the SFDC integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
GCP hasn't allowed vendors to integrate with partner advantage, the equivalent of ACE for AWS.

The major gap is manual fund requests within each clouds respective partner portal. If Suger can integrate and have that experience within each SFDC opp, that'd be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger streamlines and consolidates co-sell activity with the cloud providers. De-risking our business while allowing us to scale with seamless alignment connections via SFDC integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of deployment, ease of field mapping, exceptional customer service. Continually adding new features, and open to all feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a relatively newer product, some features are still being developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamlessly referring our opportunities to Cloud Marketplaces, syncing sales stages, and importing valuable information to our CRM.

It works well, consistently

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It works really well and is really easy to use - that's not something I've heard about other similar tools. The set up was quick and easy once you understand your own CRM system well. It hasn't broken since we've used it and hasn't let us down.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're still building features, and they're very receptive to feedback, but I do have a wishlist of features that are still yet to come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ACE CRM Integration and Co-Sell

Indispensable Tool For Marketplace Mastery

  • July 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Suger is absolutely mission-critical for anyone aiming to build a sustainable go-to-market (GTM) strategy with AWS, Google, or Microsoft. The application itself is undeniably secure, stable, and feature-rich – these are fundamental requirements. However, what truly differentiates Suger is its exceptional human support.

Individuals like Jon, Chengjun, and Gabriel are incredibly accessible; they feel like an extension of our team. Their expertise ranges from the tactical to the strategic, providing invaluable guidance. We're consistently expanding our use of Suger, aligning it with changes in partner programs and our evolving business needs. Furthermore, our feedback has been directly incorporated into product enhancements, which not only simplifies our work but also strengthens our alliance GTM efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major dislikes to speak of at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to End management starting with the co-sell and concluding with entitlement tracking and billing.

Suger is the must-have tool if your organisation is serious about Cloud partnerships

  • July 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1 - End-to-End Co-Sell Automation in Salesforce
With Suger, Fireblocks eliminated the need to register opportunities directly in Cloud CRM portals. Sellers now create co-sell records directly in Salesforce, and Suger automatically syncs them with Cloud CRM portals—no duplicate entry, errors, or delay.

2- One-Click Private Offers and Workflow Handoff
Suger turned a multi-step process into a 1-click Salesforce action. Private offers are now created from CRM data with predefined rules, synced automatically with the appropriate marketplace, and tracked across stages. Slack notifications update stakeholders on entitlement, approval, and disbursement.

Crucially, the deployment of Suger has supported a strategic shift of marketplace operations from Alliances to Deal Desk, freeing up capacity in the former to focus on co-sell.

3 - Slack Alerts and Financial Signal Sync
Suger introduced Slack-based alerts triggered by disbursements and entitlement changes. It also syncs marketplace status back into Salesforce, giving Finance and RevOps a unified and consistent view of this data.

In summary, Suger has transformed how we run our Cloud partnerships. It has eliminated manual overhead, unlocked new channels and helped to ensure our back office processes will be fit for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to build your own automations and field mapping logic is quite difficult unless you are an expert in scripting, which means you will typically need support from the Suger team (which they always provide).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud partnerships are a critical pillar of Fireblocks’ GTM strategy. However, scaling these collaborations had traditionally been hindered by the administrative burden associated with opportunity sharing, co-selling coordination and Marketplace contracting.

1 Year Suger Verdict!

  • July 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1. Deployment ease - Gabriel, Chrid, Chengjun, Ed & Stacy are amazing with keeping us in the loop and supporting us no matter how dumb our questions sound. You guys stay ahead of the curve!

2. Simplicity - I love Suger's, modern approach. The UI is less cluttered than using the marketplace individually and is more intuitive for our newcomers. I am able to push out a larger volume with fewer clicks or configurations. I'm immensely grateful for this reduction friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI changes without notice present errors for enablement.
Delays on GCP renewals support - I understand that they lag as far as third-party integrations, and that this is out of your control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating private offer creation for 3 out of 4 of our clouds.
Post Acceptance Management.
Public offer visibility.

Streamlined private offers and fantastic customer service

  • July 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly easy to use. Sending AWS private offers through the Marketplace portal is a chore and complicated. Suger makes it so simple, and you can even use a widget in SFDC to send offers directly from the opportunity. This integration is game changing.

Suger also makes co-selling a breeze, and basically any feature can be automated through mapping.

Our experience with our customer success team is always the best. We have direct slacks with the team, as well as weekly check ins. Anything we ask for (from bugs to product requests) are handled quickly and correctly. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Suger as well as the product.

I use this platform every day, multiple times a day. I could not be happier with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is very nitpicky, but like any fast moving software company you can have situations where one thing gets fixed and that breaks another thing. This is just growing pains, and they always get fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our private offer process. We transact a ton of business through AWS marketplace and it makes it quick and simple to close new sales and renewals.

What do you like best about the product?
Fastest and easiest way to list, transact and co-sell on cloud marketplaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can still be challening booking renewal private offers with active subscriptions but this is most likely an issue with AWS not Suger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fastest and easiest way to list, transact and co-sell on cloud marketplaces.

Cloud marketplace listing and sales process improvement

  • January 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For a product manager of a company selling through cloud marketplaces, Suger’s feature of aggregating listings across different channels is useful. The pre-built integration with transactional tools make selling even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates we have to work with are fairly basic, and the overall approach doesn’t allow for emphasizing the specific strengths of what we provide. This has a disadvantage particularly in a market where being unique is important and customers are spoilt for choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger is able to address the problem of how to handle listings in a number of different cloud marketplaces. The integration with transactional tools for sales makes our work even easier as they come with pre-built integrations.

I love it all. I feel Sugar provides everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar is helping us improve our loss of sales.
