Great Support Team, Great Features, It Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I appreciate about Drata is that things just work. We are still working on implementing more of the features that the platform has to offer, but currently we are making use of the policy center, the trust center, and vendors and all these features work smoothly. The platform has been incredibly helpful for us preparing for our HITRUST audit by mapping the controls to our policies and for providing evidence to our auditor of risk tracking and mitigation.
We like keeping our policies in Confluence, so the integration between Drata and Confluence was seamless to set up and maintain.
Additionally, the regular connect meetings we've gotten to do with Greta and now Rob have been some of the best support that we have gotten since I started with my current company a year ago.

What do you dislike about the product?
The features I mentioned in the section about what I like are the main ones that I actually use currently. Out of these, there's nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata solves our problem of storing governance tasks in one place that we can point relevant people to or pull information from. If we need to upload our policies for a HITRUST audit, we can get them all from a simple click in Drata. When we need to review our vendors, we have them all in Drata.

Drata is a great tool for monitoring and maintaining the security of your organization
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Drata is how easy it is to keep track of security configurations on company devices. It provides a simple view and a ton of integrations to automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently have anything that I dislike about Drata. Support has been great, the tool has almost always worked well on user computers, and it's been a pretty smooth experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of device compliance. Before Drata, we struggled to keep track of user settings, such as display timeout or encryption, and we had to track them down manually and ask them to resolve. Now, that we have Drata, it's easy to keep track of devices that become non-compliant.
Unmatched support and brilliant responsiveness.
What do you like best about the product?
Drata has been a game changer in our audit preperation process, and the Safebase acquisition promises to simplify our third-party engagment even further. Simply the best platform out there. It's notable not only for its excellent capabilities, but its low-TCO and great ease-of-use. Even the best systems still need support - especially with a new client like Lydonia. We struggled with some unique exclusion requirments for an automated test configuration, and reached out using Drata's simple chat interface. Sean Blaine on their team immediately engaged and helped walk through and resolve issues - great service!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside to Drata. If anything, the sheer volume of capabilities means there is a lot to leverage - but the intuitive nature of the product and the impeccable support make that not just manageable, but a true pleasure in using the platform.

Great platform for managing ISO 27001 & GDPR compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Drata provides a fully comprehensive window into management of relevant frameworks such as ISO 27001 and GDPR. It's a "one stop" for maintaining evidence and best practice to support all relevant controls. The support team are really responsive and it's great to see features being designed and implemented based on customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few areas that could still use tweaks to be truly powerful but I can see a lot of them are already on the roadmap which is great. Initial set up is a big job but that's to be expected for the amount of automation and monitoring it provides longer term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ongoing monitoring and management of our ISMS for ISO 27001 compliance, and evidence of GDPR compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Althought the support team member, Pablo, worked on a different time zone he did his best to keep up with the issues I was facing and also assisting me on the things which even he was not aware about by researching which was quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the test were irrelevant and were failing even though the required procedures were implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its giving us the certification pathway and validation for our product that its safe to use.
The new updates have been bit rickety but otherwise experience with Drata is good

The Drata tool and the team made it effortless to integrate with our existing tools, offering clear guidance throughout the process and consistently keeping us informed about new features to maximize the product's potential.

The product currently meets the company's needs, and there are no downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is helping us streamline and automate our SOC 2 compliance process. It provided a centralized platform for monitoring the controls, automating evidence collection, and simplifying audits, significantly reducing the manual work and complexity involved in maintaining compliance. This allows us to focus more on our core business activities while ensuring we meet SOC 2 requirements efficiently and with confidence.

Integrations/monitoring tests often fail due to back-end issues; some widely used tools do not have supported integrations.

Consolidating all findings or incomplete controls have proven useful to gauge status of complaince readiness
